K / Raccodes used to admin Coding Hub - he's been harrassed by the mod of a toyhouse drama blog for a long long while and got doxxed yesterday. in the aftermath he wanted to transfer Coding Hub to someone else so he could step away from TH, but he ended up accidentally deleting the server. in the original bulletin i linked he says that he plans to remake the server, but a couple people (me included) have talked to him and agreed that starting another coding server would be bad for his mental health, and that he should take a break from TH.
i'm not going into detail or linking the actual blog out of respect for K's privacy, but that's the gist of it.
as of right now there's no plans to make a new server for coders, so if you want to be pinged for CQ stuff it'll have to be on-site! if you're not on the pinglist you can ask to be added here.
Oh god I'm sorry to hear about this, I hope everyone's okay! I completely understand the reasons to not make a new one, I was just very confused since it got deleted so suddenly! Hope Raccodes is doing okay, that must suck.

I would definitely have that person be reported to Tumblr, that shit is not okay. Hell I'll even do it for him :/
I saw your comment that he seems to be doing okay but it's still a concern. He definitely shouldn't make another and take a break. I would also report that person to TH if they're on here.

the blog's been reported and the person (as far as we know) left TH a while back, so not much else that can be done here unfortunately.
i'm not the authority on TH coding, feel free to start a new server if you want! i'm personally choosing to stay away from any new coding discords though, so i won't be available for posting CQ announcements if that was your intent.
i also want to say, as a personal note, that any sort of help channel or help discord for this site very quickly becomes exhausting to moderate. generally speaking, folks on here don't want to learn to code - they ask for help because they want someone else to do it for them. you're free to do what you want obviously, just keep that in mind if you decide to make another discord. :')
