Yeah I've been frantically reading their website/job interview tips, it's not a big role but I still wanna land it ;-; thank you so much for your well wishes!

It may not be a big role now, but it'll open up so many opportunities in the future! ;u; Just gotta climb your way up the ladder! But you're welcome! ;u; I'm glad you have been reading it! When is your interview?

also you made an AR unity game!? I can't believe I glossed that part over! Congrats! What's it about?

Thanks! Interview's in two days' time and it'll be my first job interview ever, so I'm, I think understandably, extremely nervous.

Also, I added that bit about the game in an edit after posting it hahaha, I thought I should let people know what I've been up to with my degree. There's basically two markers (like, cards or QR codes) for positioning a growth of seaweed and a home base. When you hit a button, a fish spawns in the seaweed and swims home, but if there's a coin nearby, it'll go pick it up first.

But! There's like, a large predator fish patrolling the area that will eat them if they don't get back home in time, so you have to position the markers and time the swims right to maximise coin-getting while also minimising the number of fish that get eaten. And all this happens "irl", say on a tabletop, with your phone as a viewer!

Understandably so! I feel as if the first job is always the most nerve-wracking? But if you go in with a calm attitude I think you got the cat in the bag!

OH HAHA that's probably why OTL WHAT! That's so cool! So it uses the phone camera as a way to incorporate it into an "irl" type of game. I think that sounds super cute, and a ton of fun! Was it super stressful/hard to create the game? Or was it a ton of fun?

Yeaaah it makes sense that the first job would be the scariest, thank you for sharing your wisdom!

And, making the game was incredibly stressful, god, especially since I only had about 2 weeks to learn Unity and the AR package I used to build it! Yesterday I was hammering away at it and I refused to go home until I got it working, and I only got back at 10pm (but I earned it yo). But I'm very excited about the end result because it works so well. I hope I can finish the cosmetic/aesthetic elements soon on top of all these other projects I have ;-;

Aww shhh I'm just trying to make things easier on you! ;u;

Im' sorry to hear that ;n; I mean sheesh why did you only have 2 weeks??? Was it some sort of deadline you had to meet? But man you are so dedicated, that's so inspirational honestly? You definitely earned it! I'm excited for you! I'm sure you can though, I feel as if after that everything else will be easier. ;u;
