pipg3m as AngelOShadows said, being premium does not make admin answer your tickets faster. The time it takes to get a response is likely based on a few factors.
- is this an issue for TH as a whole (i.e. a bug that makes the website unusable, a user mass harassing othere)? Likely to get a response sooner rather than later.
- is this an easy fix (i.e. typo in TOS, a character upload that's a canon character)? Generally a rather quick response time.
- Quality of life or suggested features? Not likely to get a response. If the site is usable without them, admin will leave them open on the backburner (I have a couple of QoL tickets that have been open foe 3 years now)

the problem is that i have been baned (i was perma baned cus a false acusation, with no privius warning/notice, and i have years of spent money and work there and naw i dont) from my 2 main th accounts and i realy need them back since i dont dave my characters anywere else and some are pending + some cant be hiden or delited from the site, im guessing i wont get a reply

pipg3m probably would be better emailing support directly at ([email protected]) from the emails associated with your accounts with pertinent information. That said in the future you definitely want to have personal back ups
Wondering if many other people have this problem? Whenever I try to use more than one tag, cloudflare pops up to check the security of my connection and never leaves that page. It seems like it just keeps loading and refreshing itself qwq I've tried a few different browsers and discovered it works through "mobile site" but as soon as I try to switch to desktop site it happens again. It's been like this for the past few weeks so I just filed a ticket. The mobile site mode is really wonky on my phone and I use tags often so I hope it's able to get resolved </3
4LeafRose are you getting an error while adding tags to a profile or searching tags in like your character list :v
I just tested on my phone and PC and huh! Cloudflare did pop up but after a few seconds resolved itself.

I'm wondering if something in your browser settings is making the redirect not work but then you wouldn't have it staying on thr cloudfare check page on all browsers

idk if its just me because ive seen no one talk about this (but i am not a very active user on the social side) but has anyone else been having an issue where old (2021 and younger) watermarked images just? disappear off the site?

this is the only character i have watermarked now because of the report i've made and i want proof but you know. the chance of it getting handled is very low! i just want confirmation that im not going fucking insane
egoisticqueer hmm I have had similar issues in the past but if you can edit the image, can you try and change the watermark settings (i.e. changing the watermark type or which viewers can see it) and then clicking the regenerate button and click the "edit image" button? Thr times I had an issue it was a weird permissions thing that cleared up when I force regenerated the image
_featherweather ooh my god it worked! :pray: i was trying to regenerate them all at once in the manage images menu but i guess it wasn't? properly regenerating them? which seems like a whole issue in itself but i'll take wins where i can get them :)

So! I never thought about that but you're right about not being able to sort faves being a pain. The moment we got fodlers in favorites I tried sorting them so at the very least there's a dedicated folder for codes I like for EXACTLY the same reason.
I checked and I don't think anyone has made a thread for this suggestion? Generally you can make a thread to see if anyone else thinks this should be a feature or post your suggestion to the to-do list (https://toyhou.se/~forums/14.suggestions-bugs/38498.-read-to-do-list). Sadly can't give you a time frame for it
