Negative DMs, and anytime I get a new DM it goes back up, but once it's opened it goes down again </3

Dio_ - I have absolutely 0 idea how the heck that happens. Did you by any chance have DMs feom a user you blocked or may have deactivated? I'm unsure if ive heard about anyone having thr same issue but I would put in a help desk ticket
Edit: might be related to the update mentioned @ https://toyhou.se/~forums/18.announcements/94676.changelog?page=0#post-6337451 if this issue started before the update or persists over the next few days I'd put in a ticket
i‘m having issues similar to @Dio_
since the site went down for some time, i’ve apparently had 6 unread messages in my inbox
when i go to look at the page, i have nothing new to read
deleting a message doesn’t make the number go down. when i actually get a new message, the number goes up until i read it, and then it returns to the 6 unread 😞
i’ve seen the issue is site wide and i have some friends having the same issues too
zeophi ! Looks like this is related to the recent update (linked to my edited post above)! They suggest trying a clear all and going from there
is there a clear all button for private messages ?
the only notifications that are not synced are my pms, and clearing all other notifications, logging out and back in, or resetting my devices hasn’t worked lol
i'm having the same problem with a character transfer i accepted while the site was bugging out and can't clear it since there isn't a clear all for transfers
i reported it at the help desk but if anyone else has an idea for removing it
admin got back to me and removed the ghost notification :)
zeophi just checked and you're right no "mark all as read" and I doubt you want to delete them. Hmm...

If you guys try having someone transfer you a character and then accept/decline it it should take the space of the ghost transfer notification! That worked for me
I’ve been having issues uploading custom watermark images, it’s been either not registering or sending me back to the home page.
Ive tried my phone and tablet and both have been unsuccessful < /3 do you think it could be the size of the file? I didn’t get any message regarding that so im unsure
Dokledee quite possibly! I've definitely uploaded an attempting watermark and it kicked back but the moment I saved it in a smaller file size I was good. I can probably test that next week e3e
