Ocha-boy here is 35! Just barely over 30 but hey it counts. He's a college professor on an alien planet where a bunch of aliens can come to live or seek refuge from their own planets. He arrived to the planet when he was around 24 after competing in fighting rings to make money. (Long story) Around that time, he was a hostile, violent and pretty traumatized kid just trying to turn his life around, by now he's still traumatized, but managed to turn his life around, and is trying his best never to hurt another person again. He's pretty content as a teacher now, especially since he can take care of his students WITHOUT someone wanting to knock more of his teeth out.
As we all know, life doesn't stop after your 20s. But it's not too common to see characters who are 30+ Show me your characters who are a little older then the norm.
- Are they content with how they're living now? - What do they think of who they were in the past compared to now?

Sean is 45 and works in government. He is pretty happy about where he is. He feels as if he is on the right track in life and that he certainly will keep doing what he is doing. At the same time though, hf eels there is s much work to do and that he is unsure if he will complete it before death. He feels bad for his younger self and pitties him more than anything.
my other fave oc. he's around 33-36, haven't given him a solid age yet, but i guess it fits his character because he's pretty secretive about himself. a noble turned demon-hunting priest known as a grand inquisitor, a favored operative of the vatican ♥
yvon is supposed to be ~50, and he's the father of the MC :) i love yvon so much, he's just such a nice dude and he's a mechanic!! just a chill dilf aight
Alexander Blackwood is 42, He's a man of science who dedicated his life to his studies. He's a strict stone faced man with a soft spot for his family.

lucky and phineas are both in their early 40s, patty is 39, and omisa is 34 - but i wanna talk abt IC specifically since you mentioned what they think of their former selves 👀 in media we get a lot of redemption arcs, and i think it's good to see the redemption take place in real time so you can better appreciate their progression, but i also feel like we need the occasional character that went through theirs off-screen, who's already well on their way to being a better person without glossing over it entirely. maybe i'm just drawing a blank on characters like this but i can't really think of any myself? that's some of the vibes im going for with him, he's not at all proud of his earlier years and he's trying to be better and do some good going forward.
while their ages aren't listed bc i like to fluctuate with most of my characters, it's written in Gus's page that he considered himself like a 'young boy' when in his late 20s with his twin bro Roddy. i kind of wanted to pin these two in a general early 40s, very much manchildren in spirit though lmfao
