There are threads like this one to show off our first characters ever created, but I'm curious about another question: who's the first character you uploaded to Toyhouse (or earliest that you still have, if you no longer have the first)?
Are they the same as your first character ever, or different? If you had multiple characters at the time you signed up, what made that one the character you uploaded first? Are they a favorite or special or important to you, or was it a random choice? Are they still important to you now?
If you're not sure who you uploaded first, you can sort your characters by oldest to find out!
My answer:
In my case, the first character I uploaded was Jill, and then I uploaded the rest of her band, all of her rivals' band, then other important characters from my comic. Jill isn't one of my older characters, she isn't my favorite, and I would probably say Amber (my second character uploaded) is the main character of my comic, but Jill, her best friend and bandmate, would be a very close second. Still, Jill has been a central character in my stuff for 18 years, even an avatar/alter ego of sorts once upon a time, and she's the leader of her band, so I'm not very surprised I uploaded her first.
Him, he’s the main character of one of my stories which was my main focus at the time so it was only fitting.
this silly fellow was the first i uploaded on here. originally he was just something i drew to pass time in physics class back in high school before he became an actual character
So, my case is kind of a weird one. Back in 2020 I decided I wanted a toyhouse so I looked up how to get a code, found the toyhouse trades discord server and got a code from them. But me being lazy I didn't actually USE my account, mainly because I had all my characters up on artfight already. For about a year and a half it would just sit there empty, until the very end of 2021 when someone on discord asked if I wanted to do an art trade, which I obliged. They drew 24 for their half, and then asked if I had a toyhouse, I said I did but I didn't really use it, but they wanted to put their artwork up there. So I quickly slapped together a character page for 24 and called it a day. Fast forward another year and a half and now everyone else is here lol
this guy is my first character uploaded here, but the second uploaded guy (this guy) is my first ever character.
My man Stickwolf over here was not only my first oc uploaded to Toyhouse, but was also my first proper oc !! He was my main oc from 2018-2020 and I never use him anymore but I will always appreciate him <33

he is not my first ever character! that would be Stopwatch, who I believe I uploaded on the same day but just didn't upload him first lol
