As a companion to my other thread, "Show me your musically talented characters": Show me your characters who are artists or writers!
They don't need to be professionals, and any sort of art, crafts, or writing will do. I'd just like to see your characters who are creative! Tell us about what they do!
Edit: I see some people asking if various things count. I'd say music-related creativity fits the other thread rather than this one, but otherwise any kind of arts or creation that you feel fit the thread are welcome here!
Filonyn sews and makes fabric, all of their outfits are things they made themself!
Xilvyre used to be a professional sculptor, but had to quit due to a severe nervous breakdown caused by the entity that would later become their warlock patron. Now that they've figured out a way to block out their patron somewhat, they're trying to pick it back up again.
Melody (both the fandom version of him and the non-fandom one) is an artist! He particularly enjoys painting, but will use pretty much whatever art supplies he has in hand just to get his creativity out on paper. It's one of his favourite ways to express himself, and he has quite a way of always finding some avenue to draw, even snatching a little notebook from the gift shop and hiding it until it's been used enough that the staff know it'd be pointless to take it away from him at this point.
He also writes poetry and little snippets of dialogue and stories! Doesn't have the time to write something super long, but he does enjoy writing prose or just being a bit flowery.
He's just, a very creative person who would probably be significantly less happy if he hadn't picked up these hobbies.
