As a companion to my other thread, "Show me your musically talented characters": Show me your characters who are artists or writers!
They don't need to be professionals, and any sort of art, crafts, or writing will do. I'd just like to see your characters who are creative! Tell us about what they do!
Edit: I see some people asking if various things count. I'd say music-related creativity fits the other thread rather than this one, but otherwise any kind of arts or creation that you feel fit the thread are welcome here!
He’s an artist, and a very experimental one at that. He started off being a more realistic painter, tending towards natural scenes, flowers, and animals. As he matured his pieces have become more and more abstract, often using bright, warm colours and loose linework, both as an expression of his emotions and also as a way of rejecting the strict social realism style acceptable in the Soviet Union at the time. His subject matter has stayed relatively the same, but in his later years he produced more portraits of people and himself.
She's not open about it (despite her name), but she likes to draw! :) She also does (simple) animations with Flipnote Studio :)
benjamin is a children's book author! he works together with his husband, an illustrator, to create and publish stories for kids :D
Tuesday here is a writer for the Scp foundation! She mainly organizes the other doctors notes and writes them up into proper Scp files :]
