i have this boy who suffers of did, ptsd and other undiagnosed disorders :^(
Nonen Iden. This character has a lot of things going on. I made this character to kind of project a bit and vent, lol. He's not exactly diagnosed, but exudes disorders like severe PTSD and depression, AvPD, delusions, amnesia, depersonalization and derealization.
This lil dude has Autism Spectrum Disorder and suffers from depression, anxiety, PTSD, and non-suicidal self injury disorder
As a result of both his genetics and childhood experiences, Julian primarily suffers from paranoid schizophrenia (part genetics, part trauma) and PTSD
(Though I must preface that post-chaos ('Peer into the future' tab) did not occur because of his condition, but out of his own choices)

A lot of my OCs are mentally ill but Filonyn is the one for whom it's most constantly relevant to their storyline right now. They have serious depression, but they haven't got a diagnosis and won't get a diagnosis because not only is it not practical for them to simply walk into a human therapist's office, they also adamantly refuse to admit they have any sort of problem. Honestly they've got other issues too but I don't really feel like providing a full psychological profile right now.
Jankins is canonically on the schizospec, even though hes not biologically human and lives in a period where mental health awareness was nonexistent. he has odd thought patterns, which translate into jumbled, all-over-the-place speech that uses a lot of unusual structures and idioms that only make sense to him. he has delusions, mostly persecutory and paranoid, but can usually keep them under control. he does deal with feelings of alienation, both due to his disorder and because those around him actually view him as a madman. this caused him to develop a strong individuality complex, and he sees himself as different and superior, a sort of misunderstood genius. Jankins' experiences are pretty much a ripoff of my own, mostly because i recently discovered im schizotypal, and wanted to bestow this honor on a character
