we all know that trope where the heroes encounter the villain and he is doing something fancy like playing the piano ominously
but what about ocs?
is ur edgelord oc one who would have an overly fancy home?
how do they merge their fanciness with edginess? are they pretentious and speak in a formal manner? do they reject non-beautiful aesthetics in a snarky manner?
do they actually like fancy things or is it just a facade?
Thanatos is an edgy death god who LOVES pretty things. He enjoys the finer things such as gothic aesthetics, classical music, the fine arts, etc
I’ve got Gail, I’ve seen some other ladies in Th post so I figured I’d throw her in. She’s a chaos Demigod, and is just an eternal selfish jerk who has all the nice things and hates everyone. She also take pleasure in making everyone else’s life garbage, hence the chaos part of chaos demigod.
She loves pretty much everything fancy and actually has a few castles, lately she’s been moonlighting in another story of mine and just wrecking everyone’s lives there too.
The closest to fancy edgelord is probably President Maho. They're not exactly a villain; just happened to lock one inside them, but that should be edgelord enough. They might fits that definition. They wear fancy lolita dresses and have stars and glitter on their hair, while being the boss of an idol/magical girl production that will do things to such lengths for the best of her people. While angst-ing on their own identity.
