pros and cons of having ur oc as a roommate

Pros

• Does chores well
• Keeps her stuff organized
• Minds her own business

• Is out doing magical girl stuff sometimes
• Gets fussy over small things, like what to have for dinner
• Will hog the TV/game console >:(

Pro: Can do any activities with him except if anything with health

Cons: Food will gone in a seconds

cons
-makes edgy jokes. not like that kind of edgy but sometimes they do cross a line
-also makes a lot of bad puns
-doesn't really do his part when it comes to chores
-messy
-will probably (intentionally or otherwise) freak out any visitors
-if you get into a fight and it isn't like super attached to you, uh. run

pros
-sometimes the puns are good
-if you do something messed up and/or illegal, 90% of the time it will go 'oh sweet' and help you hide it if you ask
-doesn't actually need to eat so it can't steal your food
-tells good stories
-if it enjoys your company is actually pretty nice if a bit hyper

Pros

- he's rather calm and doesn't talk much so for most of the time he won't be bothering anyone
- it's hard to make friends with him, but he can be a bit nice sometimes
- if he already trusts someone, he can become much more talkative and confident, and even more friendly. but you have to be Variel then

Cons

- sometimes he can go mad and be very rude. or have a complete breakdown. he's bipolar, beware of him
- very poor. probably will steal your stuff
- NEVER let him enter the kitchen, his cooking skills can kill you
- smokes and doesn't care if someone dislikes it
- adult Mon is quite well-kept, but if it comes to 15 years old Mon - well, he had l i c e
- just a mistrustful ungrateful trash

2/10 definitely not recommending Mon as a roommate

Pros: tech savvy friend can fix broken electronics, cute pet cat, very chill, skateboard tricks :D

Cons: has a job, might invite weird aliens over, probably will have tech stuff all over the place, will track snow inside 

Pros:

- Clean and neat, can cook, very social, appears friendly and polite, isn't home often, a doctor at your disposal.  

Cons:

- You may die.

I'll leave it at that. :)

Pros:

• Might protect you from outside threats, he is an A.R.M.S ( Advance Radical Mechanical Soldier ) anyway.
• Will try his best to help you if you need help, even though sometimes it might make matter worse.
• Technically 18 years old, knew a lot of pop-culture and gen-z stuffs so if you're around his age you will have a great friend to talk to.

Cons:

• Will kill you if you're human. He is created to kill humans so yeah.
• g r u m p y  b o i, he is very aggressive and a little argument can end with him throwing claws at you.
• Quite stubborn.

Pros:

• Will leave you alone most of the time
  
• Good couch co-op buddy
  
• Will not touch your food (he's a picky eater)
  

• He smokes
  
• Rude af
  
• Will stay up until 4am, probably browsing 4chan
  

• Your fridge will be stocked with frozen dinner he definitely legitimately bought from the store he works at
  

Pros: 

• Quiet, keeps to herself
  
• Practical and will do her share of the chores (possibly yours too if she's in a good mood)
  

Cons:

• Smelly, likely rabid raccoons and possums she decided to bring home with her
  
• Said animals will probably make a lot of noise
  

+ doesn't need to eat
+ will clean everything / go buy groceries / do whatever if you ask nicely enough
+ entertains you with chats about whatever in the past (a pro, I guess?)
+ if you are sad, they will give the best hugs and reassuring speeches
+ cooks nice (as long as it is something he knows)
+ can reach the top shelf

- doesn't actually pay rent or anything actually
- scary as hell, will probably make you scare your ass off by simply standing in the darkness of the hallway at night while you try to go piss
- prone to randomly standing in the hallway quietly in the middle of the night for no reason
- fur/hair everywhere
- doesn't fit in most regular beds
- doesn't understand a single thing about newer stuff (anything before 1950s-ish is an enigma to him)

PROS:

-Don't make noise

-Always try to be kind

-Likes to make anyone they's happy with (like, cook for you, help with chores...)

CONS:

-Clumsy, will leave the room dirty with something they dropped x'3

-You have Alzheimer's, so if you ask them to do something... they'll probably forget

-They doesn't like to sleep alone, and sometimes they will PULL YOUR FEET (joke ahaksjsk will probably just sleep hugging u)

-They draw too much, they'll leave all the drawings spread out and they'll only take them if you tell them to

-Very emotional *sobs*
