Ask a question to the above person's OC

Posted 7 years, 7 months ago (Edited 6 years, 10 months ago) by Amvira varkarrus

So it'll go like this: A person posts a question to the above user's OC. Then, after a new person posts a question, the first person edits their post to have an answer.

Something like

Person A: (posts a question to the above person)

Person B: Does (person A) like cupcakes?

then Person A edits their post so it's like

Person A: (posts a question to the above person)
I do like cupcakes!

Person B: Does (person A) like cupcakes?

Person C: Could (person B) defeat Goku in a fight?

then

Person A: (posts a question to the above person)
I do like cupcakes!

Person B: Does (person A) like cupcakes?
No, I absolutely could not take Goku on in a fight, have you seen that guy?

Person C: Could (person B) defeat Goku in a fight?

EDIT: Try and ask questions that lead to the development of characters!

EDIT2: Cant believe this needs to be said, but make your posts legible!!!!

EDIT3: Also. Read the person's profile before you ask a question!
Follow these rules or I'll implement a banlist!

I'll edit this post to include a response to the next person's question, once somebody posts!

(re: "Do you enjoy sitting in a garden to relax?")
"A garden? Pfeh! What kind of pansy-ass garbage is that? Lemme tell you how I relax! A warm, musty couch, some snacks, and video games! Hah!" ((But to be honest, she might enjoy just lounging around under a tree on a hot day))

Avir Storm_Clouds

'Is there a reason why you hate chess so much? It's not a bad game, really."

-

"Well, that's pretty easy to answer." Avir replied. He fidgeted with the coller of his shirt. "I do some stuff that normal mortals do. I have a TV, games. I've even managed to hook up to the internet somehow, although the connection is pretty lousy up in the mountains, heh. I go for walks a lot, even if it's super cold. Crafts and woodwork also keep me sane when none of the other options work-"

Gerome Virus HerobrineSings

“So you live by yourself up here? What do you do to pass the time?” Gerome asked, tilting his head slightly in his curiosity.

“It was just no longer required of me to do. Once my creator became good it was just the end of that job for me.”

Chance White Thanaturgist

"Why did you decide to retire from your job as an assassin?"

-------------------

"A what now?" Chance tilts their head, confused, before pulling out their phone, deciding the internet could answer their questions. Their brow furrows in concentration a they read, and slowly they lower their phone, laughing nervously. "Oh that's silly! I'm not a yandere, I've never killed anyone for getting close to my boyfriend. Sure, I've wanted to sometimes, but wouldn't anyone? I know he could do a lot better, so I have to make sure no one else catches his eye. It's not creepy, it's facts."

Thanaturgist "Why are you a yandere? Seriously... it's creepy.."

Ouija Phobiaphobic

"Only able to die if you so choose? What would cause you to make that decision?"

Ouija chuckled softly. "As long as they take the spirit world seriously I don't mind all that much~. I would rather be used as an item and keep them safe, than to not be there to protect the user."

Black Star Sapphire Jellysideaccount

"It must be really fun to communicate with the shattered." A small alien being apporched Ouija. It was whispering, and she was incredibly hard to understand. "Do you find it annoying to let people use you as an item like that? I wouldn't like it."

---

"Gems have tried to use my power against me in the past. But it takes more than whispering about making fake plans to fool me." She sighs, "But I can't really block out everything, and sometimes that's really degrading."

Lan Turner PicklePantry

"Hearing is a valuable sense, one that is often underestimated," echoed a voice in all directions, but for Sapphire she just may have been able to pinpoint the source coming from the man appearing a few feet away from her. "Suck a polished edge can make it a mighty weapon, giving you an almost omnipotent grasp on all that is occurring. However, could that very same sword be used against you? You say you're able to block out sounds you don't wish to hear, but surely that wasn't always the case? Could sound be used against you in terms of being overwhelming or too mumbled to understand?"

"I would assume they had learned from the instant the "Plague" spread," Lan mused. "I had told them long ago that I would become the monster needed to protect life, and immediately after did emotions and death spread across the land."

 Kaos Storm_Clouds

"Oh boy! Something interested me about you. Tell me, when did the other elements figure out you were the one spreading feelings and death around the world? I would love to know!" Kaos tilted his round head.

---

As soon as Kaos heard the question, he stopped in his tracks. Then, he threw his head back and laughed maniacally. "Oh, how should I explain it to you?" He replied once he was done laughing, his voice muffled but showing sly intent. "The government is only here to lie to you. Put a population under your every power and try not to become corrupt, you'll see how that changes very quick. A certain group that I grew up in taught me that." He giggled, still showing that same eerie smiley face on his orb-shaped head. "In doing it for the good of the world and everyone in it, of course! Imagine a free world, where us as individuals decide what happens and what goes on! That's the beauty of it all! That's why my ultimate goal is to take the government down!"

 Mason GnashingT33th

Mason paused and observed the strange creature in front of him, cautiously tilting his head. "What has your government done to you that warrants their destruction? I mean don't misunderstand, I'm not looking down on you for doing so; far from it actually. But what drives you to continue seeking their destruction? Is it your own goal or the goals of many?"

-----

Mason awkwardly laughs and starts fidgeting with his hair. "Ah yeah the.. the other captives were really aggressive growing up. If I wasn't careful sometimes they'd try to hurt me with whatever they could grab, never when I was awake though. I only really slept when I had to and I'm uh, I really light sleeper as a result I guess? I mean my handlers also made us do a lot of night fighting so if I was asleep they'd forcefully wake me up; I always hated when that happened... I guess I just never got used to sleeping longer."

He pauses and smiles in thought. "It used to make me really irritable actually, I had bags under my eyes and headaches for nearly a year after I escaped. I was snappish and quiet but I'm here and alive, so I can live with this! I don't recommend it though hehe!"

Moore Phobiaphobic

“Do you have a favorite wish you’ve ever granted? If so what was it?”

————

“Nobody knows what caused the fire.. But we-... I’m pretty sure it started internally. That’s.. All I know.” Moore shifted uncomfortably, perking up at the next question.

“Why of course I try to talk to my visitors! They don’t usually seem too keen on talking back though.. They usually run when they see me. I assume they think all ghosts are hostile, which is certainly untrue!”

RadiantRaindragon

(OOC because Trickster almost never talks)

Do you know what started the fire that destroyed your family's mansion? Also, as a ghost, do you ever interact with the people who visit the mansion now that it's deserted?

Trickster eyed the stranger with an almost blank, but strangely curious expression on his face, as if he wasn't used to being asked questions. 'I do eat, actually,' he replied, his voice hoarse from disuse. 'I do not know whether I NEED to or not... but I do. I know very little about what I need to survive, in fact, having nobody to teach me these things.'

 Mason GnashingT33th

Mason observes the cat in front of him. "Do you ever need to eat anything? I know some magic creatures don't need to and everything, but do you need to or have you ever had the urge to?"

---------

Mason smiles brightly and reaches into a small bag tied around his waist, pulling out a large rosy colored coin with feathers printed on the front and back. "Before I started using coins, I'd find round-ish stones that were laying around the place and spend days grinding them down to be smoother, usually by rubbing them on the ground until I liked how it was! I used to do it as a distraction of sorts: it gave me something productive to do whenever I wasn't fighting." Absentmindedly, he simple starts smoothly rolling the metal coin back and forth across his knuckles.

"It used to be really difficult you know? I taught myself most of the coin tricks I know and there were some days I just..didn't want to do something like that. But I did. Oh but anyway! I can't do many magic tricks, just a lot of reflex based stuff. Spinning the coin on the back of my hand and flicking it over onto the other, rolling it down my tail and flicking it back into my hands, this thing I'm doing now. Magic tricks are weird..I prefer things I can do on my own."

He grins and tosses the coin into the air before snatching it back, placing it firmly back within its original bag. "I hope that makes sense."

Herutaz Guardy

The Inky King tilts his head, the bangles on his antlers jingling, obviously unfamiliar with Mason's species but unwilling to admit it.

"Coin tricks?" He finally asks, deeming it a reasonably safe question, "what kinds of coin tricks - and where did you learn them?"

-----

He thinks about that for a long while.

"I do not usually enjoy scaring... visitors," he finally says, though with a small glimmer of mischief in his otherworldly eyes, "but I will admit that it is a very useful skill to protect what is mine. For the most part, however, this..." he gesticulates at himself in general, sending golden lights swirling and goo dripping, "... is simply my nature."

He smiles, almost gently.

"You have nothing to fear from me, short one."
