• loving the striking use of blues for the code! very indicative of his masculinity right away, the lil moodboard says so much already too!
• sorry i love that its a pitbull song on the first player. it may not be intended tbh (UNLESS). hehe, dog puns. but also it sets the mood just right! feels like his go-to frat night song LOL
• speaking of, the other songs in the playlist is SUCH A VIBE. though im curious if some of these songs' lyrics are accurate to him in general and his experiences too (particularly eyeing the look dont touch since it felt like aside from the whole enjoyment part there is a hint of heartbreak?)
• my heart literally goes out to this guy. i am a himbo lover. i am a dudebro lover. as much as i hate to admit it. (fictionally only, though, and in a friendly 'i want to be friends with you SO DAMN BAD' way.) its cool that hes literally just a frat.... with REAL DECENT morals. he'd be the type of guy to march and be all 'lets go lesbians lets go' and i dont play around when it comes to men like that id ride or die 4 u /srs

• the intelligence part.. i diagnose this man with ENFP syndrome /j. i love that he makes up for it with his potential emotional intelligence; he just really needs a lot more work with how he presents himself to other people, because he's really good at understanding them! i appreciate that alot about him!
• the backstory.. oh man, not just the mom, but the dad out of the picture.. i'm glad he's got people who raised him to be good, but having your mom be unstable and not fulfill her role; knowing it's not entirely her fault, but axel's safety comes first and consequences will always follow such harmful actions is just really sad
• the second part HURTS and i am truly glad axel is able to save him and his sister at that moment
• i cannot blame axel for feeling such hatred towards her, but the fact that he's able to keep that to just her, and he refuses to feel such hatred take over him again now when it comes to other people is indicative of him being a swell guy. ill protect him (or he'll protect me, tbh)

- Woa! I surprisingly don't see a lot of Genshin Impact OCs on toyhou.se which of course, I'm not into the game personally but I feel like considering how popular the game is I'd see more of them!
- Might be incorrect on the feline thing, but I assumed his ear things were cat ears and I feel like if he were a cat he'd be one of those chimera cats with the half and half faces, just based off of his hair in his design ^_^
- Speaking of his design, I absolutely LOVE IT! I love love seeing the color purple, no matter the tone or shade of it, being used in designs. It's my favorite color so It will always be a delight to see hehehe...
- This splash art (? I think that's the term lol!) is absolutely STUNNING you did such a wonderful job on it (sob), I love how the water curls upward and has ear-like shapes on the front, like Klay's ears! It's a fun detail :3
- The title of "The Riptide Knight" surprisingly rolls off the tongue really well, I really like it! I also think it suits Klay wonderfully, once again I'll reference the splash art, I feel like it really gives off that "The Riptide Knight" vibe, yknow?
- Loving how his playlist / extended play has actual original soundtracks from GI itself! I think it's a really fun detail that I don't think I actually see a lot for fandom OCs, like putting the OST of the original media in a character playlist! So it's nice to see that sort of thing now ^_^
- Once again on his design, the gold accents I feel like really complete it, it just works so wonderfully in tandem with the purples and blues and the like... loving it so so so much!
- I LOVE LOVE LOVE always will love when people who have OCs for a game that has combat they like, ACTUALLY develop the skills they would have if they were in the game. IT'S SO AWESOME!! Seeing all the little details you added to Klay's skills is so awesome ToT!!! (Also the names of them are quite fun too :3)
- Speaking of the skills I also like how you list what he as a playable character would prioritize in combat... and also the passives that would be applied when playing him. Also the upgrades, sorry I've never played Genshin Impact I'm assuming that's what constellations are?
- I love how you chose different voice actors depending on which language it's in, that's something that happens a lot in games and obviously just media in general, having different voice actors to better translate the language! Honestly that's something I might consider for my own characters just for fun... at least for some of my fandom ocs ^_^
- Wow okay sorry I think I could just keep gushing and gushing about all the details you included as like stuff that would be the case if he was actually in the game, like, the voiceline list is soooo lengthy! I adore that! I feel like his personality comes out quite a bit and I adore it ^_^
- I feel like if Klay was really in Genshin Impact just based off of his personality, he lines up with the sorts of characters I like, I like characters with facades, walls that they put up, I feel like he would be my favorite :3
- Not to mention the "mysterious origins" aspect... so so intriguing... always been attached to characters with a whole mystery to them because I've always found it more fun to speculate on what could've happened...
- A bit off from the topic of Klay bit Holy Fuck I love your art so much it's so good??? Holy shit??? It is so delectable goodness grief??
- One more thing, I do have a question, do Hayase and Klay have any sort of interaction with one another? Or was this just some silly fun "hey let's have our ocs drawn together" sort of thing? I'm really curious!
- Overall, Klay is super duper cool and I loooove him! I hope you are able to realize him even further and have tons of fun with him as a character (Though I guess you already have since he's so detailed ^_^) he's super neat :3

I've seen you multiple times on Toyhouse before, and I gotta say, you have a really unique style!! Like when I see your characters, I can immediately tell it's you :] 

Reading the first few paragraphs of this character so far and honestly? Kind of relatable. I'm a bit of a pessimist myself, and usually find the negative in things. And bro is like this at 11? I wonder what happened to him that made him this way? Oh well, I gotta continue reading. Maybe he was just like that already? Guess I'll find out lol

Really loving the colors of this character, I don't see orange and green very often :]

I really like the idea you have going on with Creek! A young boy who may not give a good first impression, but the more you know him, the better. Does this sound silly? It may sound a bit silly. 

Speaking of "Creek", I've never heard that name for a character before. Honestly, it really suits his style because of the whole southern vibe he has goin' on :] 

I like the idea of Creek being super protective of the people he cares about, it just goes to show that even people who may come off as cold-hearted can still be good :] 

I like the idea of him having a medical bracelet, just a neat little detail for your character. Also, never really heard of that on a character before!

Ahh, so the notes say he's naturally deadpan. So that explains his attitude towards people.

Honestly? The idea of Creek being a "plant dad" is so cute in my opinion, like you just have this super deadpan, pessimistic boy, and then he's suddenly treating his flowers like his children :]

Another thing I find cute? Creek only working at the fruit stall just to help is dad. It shows that while Creek may seem cold and rude, he can still put other people above himself which is such a nice trait honestly.

LOL the sports thing is so relatable. My ass can barely swim and I don't like getting all sweaty n' shit. TWINZIESS 

Another relatable thing! His hate of loud noises!! Deadass though, I hate when I'm in public and suddenly there's this like, random burst of loud noise. Usually kids laughing, coughing, sneezing, getting too damn hyped up n' stuff. It really ruins my vibe, and tbh I should be like Creek and wear ear plugs too lol. 

I also love sunrises and sunsets, I don't think I would wake up super early just to see a sunrise, though. Unless it's this like, super enchanted and magical looking palette in the sky lol. Tbh, Creek is just super relatable all around.

I just thought, but something about him remind me of Arnold from Hey Arnold. Yeah, they're pretty different, but I think it's the art style that reminds me of him. Also, when I read the note that said Creek likes jazz, I immediately thought "Hey Arnold  "

Sandwiches are pretty delicious, though I don't eat them very often. Does Creek enjoy egg salad sandwiches? Because I freaking love those omg. The burger buns part though? I usually resort to burger buns when there's no sandwich bread left, it doesn't really taste any different, maybe a difference in texture?

After reading all of Creek's information, I'm starting to suspect that he may have autism or something. Especially from reading his notes, I noticed many signs, like the hatred of loud noises, his discomfort of certain textures, obsession with specific things(plants in this case) and more. Now, this may not be the case, but this is just what I've noticed so far lol.

Alright, here are my thoughts!

- I really like his name! It's funny and oddly realistic? I don't know, I feel like there could be a real band from the 80s with a guy named Ricky LaughStock somewhere...

- HIS HAIR IS SO COOL OMG???? It works especially well with cartoony artstyles! Really like how remarkable the silhouette is too, like, it would 100% pass that character design shadow tests

- I hc that even when he is not in angry german mode he curses in german to himself when something mildly inconvenient happens on his day to day life

- I also feel like people think his voice must be scary in german but it's actually softer than his voice in english (speaking from personal experience hshshs)

- It's pretty refreshing and kinda subversive to see he has a good relationship with his family because usually this type of character falls into the cliche of "I'm dark and a lone-wolf" (not that there is anything wrong with it necessarily, it's just a tired trope), I think it adds a nice depth to his character! The story about him helping his friend also shows another part of his character that is really interesting too! Like the asshole/ tough guy persona has a lot more going on underneath

- I once lost my earrings and it ripped my ear (it got tangled up on a volleyball net during a game) and all I can say is....ouch. poor guy, I understand his pain.

- Aww they became boyfriends! It's always cute to see friends who eventually become lovers. I hope that they stick together.
- The whole thing about how Yukio's and Zeno's first interaction starting off rocky reminds me of Wattpad but in a charming sense. The fact that Zeno's attitude began to grow onto Yukio also reminds me of that stuff. Honestly, these two would make for a good Netflix teenage romcom.

- It’s oddly silly imagining Kip just observing Da from like, around corners while he does mundane things around the house. He’s just doing the dishes, and he spots her peeking at him from a doorway 

- In hindsight with reading her lore, her sneaking out often makes a lot of sense! She’d never experienced the world before, so she’s naturally curious about everything!

- AWEEEE Da saving her and THAT being the turning point for her viewing him as real family is really sweet, in comparison to her old parents who used to cause her harm :(

• hi!! today was probably the first time i see them around, welcome! i’m really loving that icon, the lighting is honestly so pretty!! i love how warm it is :]

It hurts all the same.” and the line i mentioned in thought above, you get to understand a little more about what’s going on in terry’s mind and that’s cool!
• yoooo he plays the guitar? that’s pretty cool!! i always wanted to learn how to play it tbh but never got to it oop- when did he start learning guitar? and when did he got his first guitar?

-Ok first of all the simple green aesthetic he's got doing for him is so cute? Really reminds me of like... summer camp aesthetics haha.

-I just love how you've incorporated his interests into his outfit! That beanie of his looks so cute to draw and really fits with his persona :D I think it is very nice to see characters openly displaying their interests and having it show beyond a simple mood board.

-COOL KID DEMEANOR at first glance is just... chuckled at that.

-OK I'D KILL TO SEE HIM PLAYING SOCCER OR SKATEBOARDING EEEEE so many fun drawing ideas. My first impressions of his outfits gave me a feeling he liked sports, I wonder if he's got a special skateboard that's personally tattered to him? I'd love to design one for him hehe.

-I love how he just has a Jersey on I think it adds a good amount of personality to him and I dunno it makes me feel nostalgic coming from someone who used to partake in sports I think I should start making more characters of that nature that aren't completely one note.
