Your OC goes on a date with the OC above

Posted 6 years, 9 months ago (Edited 2 years, 9 months ago) by Archaeus Chartreuse PicklePantry

So hey, we've all wondered it.
There's kissing.
There's marriage.
But what about dating?

What if your OC dated the OC above?
Where would they go? How would they react? How did they even meet? Would they go on another date?

- NSFW stuff better go to PMs
- It's a game for all ages, but please post characters that are 18+ Ages must be listed
- It doesn't have to be a romantic date, either. It can be a friend date
- Read the other character's profile (show proof by writing the character's name in the post and at least one tidbit from their profile)
- Wait for 2 people before posting again, unless 5 days pass
- If 5 days pass you can reply to yourself, or you can pick any of the characters already listed on that page

I'll volunteer this guy since he's easy to please.

Novem Aloofcloud

Well I was about to go to bed but what do thine eyes spot?  Claim, give me a bit before I let sleep take me! how many new pages am I going to make dear god))

The world of dating was not lost on Novem; after all, finding the intricacies of one's heart just so happened to be one of his specialties. Haru, ever so hardworking and tired, what could be the perfect date for such an individual? Would he like those silly, cheesy, and predictable dates Novem grew to detest? Movies, theme parks, and the like? The kitsune hadn't asked for a preference, as well, this date, their first one was a rather spur-of-the-moment decision—or so it had seemed as much.

"I was surprised you had agreed to accompany me out here." Novem's voice was light as he addressed Haru, a hand coming up to stifle what may be a nervous laugh. The 'date' Novem had proposed was a simple outing in nature, under the stars and away from all the noise and light pollution cities held. He had caught Haru just as he was closing up shop—after the kitsune had been gone for some time. Though, while Novem says he's surprised, he's not really...

"I know you'll be opening up the shop again tomorrow." As Haru does every day, no doubt, "So I won't keep you long; I just felt it'd be nice to see you, even if only for an hour." As Novem speaks, he places a hand down onto the blanket they sat on to avoid the grassy texture below them, his hand next to Haru's side as the Kitsune leans in closer, "Is that alright?" Novem is so thoughtful, always checking in on the other's boundaries. Wasn't he a great guy?

np:  Novem molds his personality to better suit the person he's mingling with, though he'll always keep that same patient smile on.  That means anything is game date wise, just do whatever your OC likes!

Echo Dinlos

This was very exciting! Kind of nerve-wrecking, too, if he thought about it too much. Which he did not, since Echo was pretty sure that if he did he'd stop functioning and throw up. But anyway, this was exciting.

He'd tried to ask Novem beforehand what he'd like to do on their friendly but slightly flirty date, but the other had been very vague. It had been somewhat frustrating to Echo who knew hardly anything about this dating business and only very little about the general meeting new people business either. He'd hoped for some ideas, but in the end, he knew he'd come up with something. He didn't however know if Novem would be bored out of his mind, though.

But it was okay. He could figure it out.
And after consulting few of his friends (who all had said that he was overthinking it and something simple would be enough) Echo had settled in something simple. Little bit silly, but simple enough that Novem could just leave if he was bored. He hadn't though which made Echo a little bit giddy.

"Well, honestly at first I thought about just cooking something because free meals are always fun, right, but, uh, then I remembered that I know maybe two dishes and neither of them follows the plate model", Echo explained gesturing wildly with his hands. Novem had been nothing but gracious company whole day, smiling politely through Echo's idle chatting. But did his smile mean? It was polite, sure, but Echo had no idea if it was genuine or not and every time he though too hard about it he stumbled on his words, felt little bit embarrassed of his stumbling and apologized for being... well, himself. Novem didn't seem to mind, but Echo still wanted to do better.

He still though they were having a pretty nice and relaxed afternoon at the local carnival. It was little bit worn down and somewhat stinky but they've had played some ridiculously expensive carnival games, Novem well, Echo not so well, eaten some greasy questionable food from cardboard box and bought a nice cone of cotton candy. Overall pretty nice on Echo's book.

Maybe it was time to try out some rickety rides, too, since they were there.

"I'd ask you to join me in that ride but I think that it might  ruin the date if the car would drop down and we'd get hurt", Echo huffed eyeing the sad looking roller coaster that had definitely seen better days. "Or dead."

NP: if Echo is too easy to please, you can answer Eli.
Both of them both date dates and friend dates are alright.
