Your OC goes on a date with the OC above

Posted 6 years, 9 months ago (Edited 2 years, 9 months ago) by Archaeus Chartreuse PicklePantry

So hey, we've all wondered it.
There's kissing.
There's marriage.
But what about dating?

What if your OC dated the OC above?
Where would they go? How would they react? How did they even meet? Would they go on another date?

- NSFW stuff better go to PMs
- It's a game for all ages, but please post characters that are 18+ Ages must be listed
- It doesn't have to be a romantic date, either. It can be a friend date
- Read the other character's profile (show proof by writing the character's name in the post and at least one tidbit from their profile)
- Wait for 2 people before posting again, unless 5 days pass
- If 5 days pass you can reply to yourself, or you can pick any of the characters already listed on that page

I'll volunteer this guy since he's easy to please.

Marun Ookami Kvroii

Marun wasn't afraid to admit to himself that he was afraid of Sienna. Whether he would admit it to her was a different story. The answer to that was that he wouldn't under any circumstances, but the idea that she could figure that out for herself wasn't out of the question if she so chose.

Of course, he couldn't cook, and he didn't want to feed Sienna burned food or instant noodles. He could always take her on a coffee date, but he knew all all of the baristas far too well, and he knew they would give him shit for it endlessly. He would never live down bringing a date there.

So how about a shopping date? All he had to do was figure out something she liked and buy it for her -- maybe that would warm up the icy demeanor that sat just under her willingness to go along with this whole thing, anyway. It wasn't like a date was truly beneficial to either of them, but Sienna's eyes in particular spiked Marun's curiosity, and he couldn't be so blunt as to outright ask her what she was, so he intended to observe her over the course of the date. What was Sienna getting out of it? Well, if nothing else, Marun was going to find something to make it worth her time, even just a little.

That was how Marun brought Sienna to a small trinkets shop in the mall. He asked her about her studies, and he listened eagerly for her response. Was he mistaken? Was she just a regular student who seemed a little too good at it, rather than something different, something more?

"Hey, what about this?" he asked Sienna, pointing to a keychain of a raccoon. "I, uh, I could get it for you if you want."

So, that's what she likes! Maybe she'll be willing to tell me more about herself now!

(vvvOH MY GOODNESS THIS IS SO COOL!! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!!)

Vivian FancyHatching

ramyune (ping in case you're not subscribed)

It was at a small bar, secluded but clean and somewhat fancy. The type of bar people visited to wallow in self-pity or have actual, meaningful conversations, while there's some smooth jazz or slow pop playing in the background. As Vivian wasn't in any company it was self-pity that led her there. She normally wasn't the type to sulk but everyone needs to address their negativity once in a while, and if it was simply by isolating yourself, drinking a glass of wine and listening to a sultry singing voice. Not just sultry... it was a downright gorgeous singing voice as she'd eventually realized. Usually Vivian didn't pay much attention to the live performances as it was just background noise to her but this time she couldn't help but to cast a glance at the stage and the beautiful woman caressing her ears. Her knowledge about music was pretty much non-existant and she certainly doesn't have a deeper interest in it. There was one exception. Connecting with the emotions of the artist themselves. And damn, that was some emotion in that woman's song.

Vivian didn't realize she got so captivated, she pretty much forgot the reason she came here and watched Isolde sing the whole night. With her back leaning against the counter she barely took her eyes off the stage, sometimes imagining that the singer glanced back at her which made her smile softly. When Isolde finally finished her performance and left the stage the only thing Vivian felt sad about was not being able to listen further. When she saw her coming for the bar her heart skipped a beat and she realized she might be a little more interested in the other woman than she anticipated. Despite being rather insecure with women she knew she couldn't just ignore the opportunity. Taking a deep breath, holding her chin up high and trying to make eye contact she got ready to approach the black haired beauty. "Excuse me...! I hope I'm not bothering you... I just need to tell you how beautiful you...r voice is". Vivian didn't put a break in her sentence on purpose and apparently hurried to keep talking and hide the fact that it sounded like she was flirting crudely. She knew she hated when people did that to her. "I came here feeling quite bummed out and... well, now I barely remember why, thanks to you...". Vivians pale cheeks turned a little rosy but her smile seemed genuinely happy. "My name is Vivian... I was hoping I could buy you a drink? To show my appreciation, I mean". At this point the red-head almost didn't care if it was obvious she was trying to ask Isolde out.

(Since Isolde has a very general love for music I hope me imagining her singing smooth jazz isn't too far fetched cause I love the thought! I'm sorry if that's not as fitting, but the scene works with any other genre of music as well :3)

Aestrum

Hehe, the best dates are the unconventional ones! Allow me to do a little follow-up ~

At no point in time Vivian had been sure coming here was a good idea. But not coming here seemed to be even worse as Meloria seemed to be quite the powerful entity, one her pack would never be able to defend against. To avoid making enemies the red-head agreed to her questionable terms of sharing a dinner. As a werewolf it wasn't too shocking seeing someone eat raw meat in front of her, it was rather the rest of the whole scene... The intimidating stature of the wendigo, the unnatural hue of the candlelight, the overall absurdity of the situation. Not even Vivian dared to show her temper under these circumstances and she purely focused on staying polite and being able to leave as soon as possible.

Though the longer she stayed the more she became used to the strange sights, sounds and smells. In a way this was way more up her alley than a traditional candlelit dinner and she was quite relieved her host was serving a cooked meal as well. "Ah, thank you.. I guess.. Not that I'd decline a perfectly fine raw steak but I do prefer my meat cooked, at least a little..", she admitted with a bit of a nervous smile. She wasn't sure what kind of conversation she should make with a 7 feet tall wendigo but not making any at all must have been impolite as well. Hesitating for a moment, in fear there might be something wrong with the food, Vivian eventually brought herself to taste a small bite. The pack surely owes her a favor after all this...

“Lava” Edge_Goldie

A blind date would be fun, they said.

Looking up at the wendigo feasting upon the carefully slow-cooked large rare brisket; Lava could only agree that it was entertaining. The dining table was filled with mostly rare types of meat to cater to Meloria’s liking, and the rest with different types of sweet veggie dishes- so Lava felt like they had options. The white lace perfectly pristine to go along with the new mahogany furniture. It also fit well with Meloria’s outfit of the night. You can never go wrong with monochrome.

Lava picked at their own plate with a fork, feeling uncomfortable in such an upscale setting with only one other person. It did not help that her height was a little intimidating to them.
”So, what made you agree to this?”
They started, aiming to start a small conversation. After all, there’s got to be a reason a reaper such like herself would agree to a blind date of all things she could be doing. Maybe for the food?

Might as well try and get the answer while they’re both here.

“If it’s for the meal, then I hope you’re satisfied. This is some of the best meals out there, some would say.”
They pause to take a sip of their wine, feeling a little at unease.
”Some would say it’s to die for, but honestly it depends on your taste.”
The words come out slightly mumbled, with a hint of humor in it.

“Would you say you’ve got good taste?”

Jackson Rivers PicklePantry

(Went with Dane!)

How handsome he was. Jackson was so happy, his smile practically a squiggly line as he rested his chin over laced fingers to observe the handsome, handsome man sitting across from him at the table. How did he get to be so lucky, huh?

"You should try the bread. It's delicious," cooed the thief with a gentle nudge to the basket. "Don't worry about the price. This is all on me. So don't be shy at all~" He leaned back in his seat. "C'mon! I promise I don't bite! Look, all you gotta do is enjoy yourself and have a great time on this date, then I'll give back that info of yours."

     Ah, that's how.

Sitting next to the lovestruck thief's chair was a bag that belonged to Dane. In it was information over who he was supposed to hunt. Hunters were so elusive, though. The gall they had to show their attractive faces then disappear to hunt something! The only way Jackson would ever get the time of day would be if he'd taken anything, so why not? Maybe Dane enjoyed the break? Maybe he'd learn to love? Maybe they'd get married!

But he was getting ahead of himself. Jackson took his time. He took the liberty of chatting most of the dinner. Anytime he opened the floor to Dane he didn't get as much activity, that shy guy. When they left the restaurant, he urged the other to join him on a walk, but was fruitless. Taking a hike, maybe, but that just sounded like another date.

"You play hard to get, you know that?" Jackson said, dangling the bag teasingly. He smiled and handed it to Dane. "A deal's a deal. at least had a good time. If you ever want that second date, you know where to find me~"

If you're his type he will spoil you-- I'm talking luxury restaurants, luxury shopping spree, the whole nine yards.
If you're not his type he'll take you somewhere distracting so he can steal your wallet
