Oh! I have just the story! Bed Switcheroo revolves around sleep and waking up.
I wanna see a story about an adventure. Short, long, metaphorical, whatever!
How to play:
Poster 1 - Suggests story that they want to see (ex. "I wanna see a story about horses!")
Poster 2 - Links one of their stories that meets Poster 1's request, then requests another story. (ex. "Here's my story about horses! [link] I want to see a story where someone drives a car!")
Rules:
1. Please don't make explicitly sexual or violent requests.
2. Please include content warnings if your story contains anything that might potentially disturb other readers or be inappropriate for minors (i.e. sex, violence)
3. Please wait 3 posts after yours to post again, unless 24 hours have passed since the last post.
Bonus: This isn't so much of a rule as it is a suggestion, but people like getting comments on their writing, so if you read something, think about leaving a kind remark!
I'll start off! I wanna see a story about friendship!

One If By Land is about an adventure to an abandoned sugar refinery!
I want to see a comfort story-- either someone is comforting someone in the story, or the story itself is comforting somehow!
Midnight Snack has Tommy trying to comfort Maes when he found her awake after a bad night. It's pretty old though, I wrote it like... last year.
I wanna see a story about grief, loss, or anything along that line
Grieving and Despair :: Vladyslav wrote about the event around Mstislav's death (as the 'real' Mstislav in history before he becomes a servant) from the POV of the spirit of the city he ruled for a short time.
For the next request, how about a story where someone is forced to do something they don't want to?
It's been a long time, so I want to revive this.
I think Bed Bugs might count-- Haggis gets dragged to a dirty old movie house and spends most of the story hating it and not understanding why they're there.
How about a story involving a secret?
I miss the lit threads... let's get a new prompt in here and hopefully see some more stories :')
This is a bit of a stretch but y'know. Tazi's experience in Dead Bodies for the Salvage is basically the same as going to Target to buy something specific (pawnable wares) and leaving with something you didn't expect (a whole ass person).
Can I see a story about/containing a big argument?
After 24 hours, just to keep the ball rolling, show me your favourite story <3
my one story that's uploaded meets this haha, it's "Family" Matters, It's from a couple years ago though and quite short

Can I see a story involving a really tired character? (sleepy, or emotionally exhausted, just some form of tired)
honestly anything involving agent b could count here. she's very tired.
but here's one of my oneshots, Vending Machines and Near-Death Experiences, in which a very emotionally exhausted agent b has to deal with lumi's shenanigans.

let's see a story based on/inspired by a song!
I don't have a lit that fits this great, but it's been a month, so I have a few that could be related?
Show me a story about love.
I actually have two stories about the same villain, taking place in two different timelines; one in which she succeeds in her plan to wipe out 75% or so of earth's population, and another where she fails. Likewise, the two stories take two different approaches to her character, one wherein she admits to being genuinely apathetic, and the other which proves that it's all an act. In-story it's never determined which of these is correct, as it's more interesting left unexplained, but in these written examples I leaned into one or the other.
The first, in which she succeeds and is apathetic, follows the release of her virus. She is apprehended, imprisoned for a bit, then taken elsewhere and spoken to by the president, who instead of having her executed pardoned her, for some reason. Maybe he just stopped caring given that the world is ending.
The second, in which she fails and is putting on an act, takes place (kind of) during her execution. A powerful being with influence over life makes a 'copy' of her to mess with. Just for fun, probably.
Show me a story that takes place in the wilderness! Be it in the woods, out at sea, camping or hiking- something like that.
