The title pretty much explains it! Just look over the above character's information and, based on that information that you've read, decide on what power(s) that character would have! Make sure to explain what that power does, if it's not obvious. Bonus points if you explain why you think they would have that power!

- Please look at the above character's information instead of just randomly giving them a power for no reason. You don't have to look at their entire bio, just enough to get the gist of it.

- Don't put any NSFW powers. Some violent powers are okay, but if you think that it could be sensitive to some people please put it in a spoiler box.
- Please don't just put a joke power unless the person above specifically specifies that they are okay with that!
I mean tbh, you probably saw this coming but Pyr would have complete control over fire. To expand on what you've already said though, she's immune to being burned and her wings are literally made out of fire so maybe like Rapidash from Pokemon, she can control whether her wings burn anyone they touch or not. It would also be cool if she could shoot bursts of fire that combusted on impact. And lastly, as a dragon, I can imagine her being able to understand virtually any language.
I feel like Kade would have many powers that relate to the facts that he's been reborn; aka being able to communicate with spirits/ghosts. A power that would be really cool for his personality would be the ability to see peoples' auras and read what emotions they're feeling at the moment. Controlling fire would be cool-design wise, since his colour palette mainly consists of blues and blacks, fire would really pop in animation/art with him.
Maybe she'd have the ability to be undetectable or to steal anything? I kind of thought of those since there's several mentions of pirate-related stuff in her bio. This is also kind of lame-ish but she might have the ability to have better swimming capabilities than the average person.
Aaa sorry if these are lame! If you want I can come up with new ones x_x
I totally see her having some ghost kinda powers, or just creepy sort of powers that give off haunted vibes, like telekinesis. I got a feeling telekinesis would be her strongest power out of them all.

You're welcomed to think of some certain fire powers for Billy, but you can also give him others you see fit.
WELL THE NAME ALREADY HELPS.... Billy would have fire power, but it would be the power to manipulate already lit fire around him rather than being able to produce it. For example, he could light a candle with a match and then enlarge it to use as an attack. Even if it's a tiny ember, he can turn it into something big. However the bigger the fire, the harder it is for him to control.
