For the missing design, it could potentially be privated. You can check if its been deleted by checking your transfer history https://toyhou.se/~account/transfers
If it's been deleted it should say something like "Deleted character".

It was suggested that there should perhaps be a general thread for PSAs which is a fine idea. A place that links to other PSAs and keep things organized.
You can link your threads/PSAs/etc, and I'll add them to the posts. :D
Please Note: I can only accept public PSAs. Anon PSAs are too much of a risk to accept, as they can be open to slander.

-Scams
-Illegally chargebacked (you did a commission, but person claims you never did, for instance)
-Being shifty on doing owed things (taking months on an icon for example, lack of contact or updates, etc)
-Tracing and profiting off of it...
-Etc...
Things That Don't Count!
-Someone has better art than you
-Rude behavior
-Subjective issues
-Dog ate your homework
Obviously, this is just the basic frame work. Each case is different. For instance, someone could go around harassing artists for art and customs, or for people to give up their adopts and whatnot, and that could almost certainly be considered for a PSA...
Of course, it would be great if no more PSAs occur, but in the case they do, I support people posting them because they keep the community safe and will link to them in this general thread. owo/

I recently (3 months ago) got https://toyhou.se/13190828.dahlia from them (they're currently with another owner rn bc I was under the thought the ml would be updated quickly, and yes that was a dumb idea from me ik) and they said they'd update the dainty ml quickly and it's been 3 months since then. I'm tempted to contact the dainty ml mods and other mods I need to bc this is getting slightly anxiety inducing imo
But I'm willing to see others opinions on this!

The only recent(ish) activity I can see from her on any other socials was her FA 1 month ago, she was on TH then too. She doesn't seem to post often on most socials so I'm not sure if she's online all that often tbh. While you can give her some time to respond (max 1 week I think), I would honestly just going to the dainty mods; even if it's just to push the transfer/s through. Just so you can get it off you mind + the newest owner can have it on their account.
I mean other might have a different opinion, understandable, but that is kind of what CS mods are there for. Helping with issues like this.

TLDR: Gill is back under a new account purposely evading artist's blacklists and blocks in order to new obtain commissions. Their new account is manapheez (report link incase of username change) Please use your best judgement and think carefully before you decide to do business with them.

adamhasbeen If they're asking you to pay through that method (rather than goods & services or invoices), then that person is probably not trustworthy tbh^^
I would only trust doing that only if they're actual friends and family that you know personally. (sorry for the ping!)
Also paying through F&F's for sales-related things is against PayPal's TOS if I recall?
^ this is true, someone bought something from me once and sent it via f&f without my knowledge and then paypal reached out to me about it and warned me, i dont know how severely they act if they have proof of the seller asking for it but i did get a warning for having it done to me without me asking for it.
adamhasbeen I recommend that you tell the person instead of going straight to report. I had this SAME issue years back and I asked people to send through Friends and Family. I got a public beware put on me and the creator of the beware not once send a message to me to make it known that what I was doing was actually against PayPal TOS. I would've accepted the other option goods and servives if they have told me because I did not want to lose my only form of earning money. I use GnS now, but its better to let them know before hand before ruining their way of getting money/ life
I want to add onto the PayPal conversation, and say that some countries only allow Friends and Family as a payment option. However, with that being said, Paypal doesn't itself have any exceptions to their rule afaik, so instead you're just supposed to not buy from sellers who are doing this. It can suck if you really like the artist or art style, but in the end it might not be worth risking your PayPal account on.
