This One perhaps? Bonus points if you can actually manage to make it look creepy. You'd think that an entity with plastic-like skin and no facial features would look unsettling but I've never managed to make this one look like anything other than a cute reaper wannabe.
Henry Newman or Julia Wright doing electricity magic? They've got walls and walls of text on their profile but the gist is that they're an androgynous-looking woman who often presented as a man in an urban fantasy 1940s setting. I've already drawn them doing electricity-stuff a few times, so you can use that as a reference. But you can also make the hair more grown out, or forego the binder or even draw them in a dress etc (personally I'm quite fond of the brown trenchcoat look but that's just me). Basically if they strike your interest then they don't have to be canon.
And if they need something to do electricity-magic AGAINST then I might additionally suggest demons. :P Demons in that setting are pretty much living shadows that feed on fear (and can detach themselves from surfaces when they're well-fed). They can look like anything from monsters to shadowpeople to mere blobs or spider-creatures to swine in an abandoned butchery.
