[Closed for Now!] LF: Art of certain characters!

ALRIGHT so I'm looking for art of certain characters of mine, but I always hesitate to ask for them when I commission people... I get worried because they're kind of complicated or otherwise difficult to draw (or maybe I just don't have that great of a ref so I have to leave a bunch of comments in my order and feel embarassed), so I feel bad ""making"" people draw them and just for ask for someone else instead. But I really want art of these characters, especially since I rarely upload characters to to Toyhouse if I don't have a nice pic to use as an avatar! So, maybe making this thread will help me find people who'll be willing to try drawing these OCs!

I can pay with PayPal and dA points, though I only have ~4,000 of the latter so I generally prefer to pay with PayPal! Don't worry about price or anything! I have limits, of course, but I'll look at everything and might be willing to pay a lot if I really like your stuff! I'm also willing to do art trades, but I don't really know if my art is that desirable, especially in exchange for art of complicated OCs!

Also, keep in mind that I have a really omnivorous taste in art styles! I like cartoony things, anime stuff, semi-realistic styles, realistic styles, cel-shading, sketchy stuff, painted things... as long as it fits my OCs (i.e. i'm not going to be looking for really round and cutesy styles for my eldritch flesh monsters and mature-looking bishonen demon princes, but those are fine for my Lolita-fashion lovers and magical girls), I'm down for whatever!

Looking For: Headshots, Busts (i mostly buy busts), Half-Bodies, Colored Sketches (remember; I'm looking for things that'll look nice to crop as an avatar! i don't need anything that far below the face!)
Might Look At: YCHs, Full-Bodies, Couple Art (if i really dig your art and the cost is affordable)
Not Looking For: Chibis, Pixels, Lineart/Uncolored Sketches, NSFW (borderline is cool but i'm not looking for anything explicit or involving of nudity when it comes to couple art)

🌟🌟🌟🌟 = Super Priority! I doubt I'll ever be able to draw these characters on my own or find someone willing to draw them without this thread and they don't really have a good representative avatar. Or I just really, reeeeeally want art of them even if they're not as complicated as everyone else.

What's the Big Deal?: He's a huge, tall, bulky mass of viscera and eyeballs stuffed into a trenchcoat. I don't think that's super easy to draw, and I don't really see a lot of people drawing that kind of thing, so...

Notes: His outfit doesn't have to be that specific or anything as long as he's heavily dressed and wearing some sort of trenchcoat and fedora. He's basically a noir detective on the hunt for America's greatest diners, drive-ins, and dives! I mean for the cure to his sons disease. But he does food reviews, so,

What's the Big Deal?: Feathered wings, complicated outfit, really long hair (the gradient thing is optional tho i might be retconning that), I can't draw disgustingly pretty dudes to save my life so his ref isn't that great, etc etc.
Why You Should Draw Them: he's one of my top 5 fav ocs (which is a big deal bc i have like literally 1000 ocs) and i want art of him so bad esp bc the main pic i have for him (while Very good) has a lot of inaccuracies that i was too shy to point out bc it was babby's first commission... please draw my eye-loving husband from hell
Notes: i also really really want couple art of him and his boyfriend, bonnie!! but both of them are kind of hard to draw so i can't imagine subjecting someone to drawing both of them at once Yikes (also i never have any specific ideas of what to ask for when it comes to couple art...)

What's the Big Deal?: i don't think i know a single artist who draws elderly people so that's kind of a big issue... also the fact that oldness aside she's part robot so like... she's basically the average artist's worst nightmare
Why You Should Draw Them: aside from her hair color, eye color, hairstyle, age, and general color scheme nothing about her is specific! she just needs to clearly be a cyborg, cool as heck, and have at least one robotic arm. c'mon you know you've always wanted to draw robo grandma

What's the Big Deal?: Their design isn't specific at all, so I don't really have a "reference" for anything below their head and don't know if I could really draw one well if I tried. So, by drawing them you're basically just making a new outfit entirely unless you're cool with armor.
Why You Should Draw Them: If you've always wanted to design some kind of gray Super Sentai-inspired outfit, now's your chance!!

What's the Big Deal?: their almost totally monocolor outfit fucks me up every time i try to draw it... it doesn't seem that hard to draw in my head but then i try and it's just "what the fuck... how does anyone do this shit"

Please be sure to note all the characters that you would willing to draw, and also if you're interested in drawing couple artwork for anyone who has that mentioned in their section! I don't want to go into someone's thread and ask for Hadris or Laejizhar when it turns out they were only really down with drawing Ophiel or Melibella! If you're intense and feel like you could tackle almost any of these characters, then you can just say which ones you wouldn't be willing to draw instead!

If you're interested in art trades or something, then also post about that here! I don't think I'd ever turn one down, especially not for the characters listed here!

I don't actually know if I'm going to like... respond to stuff...?? This is sort of a place to collect artists who are willing to draw certain characters, so I might not post in your commission thread right away even if I plan on commissioning you, especially since I want to wait and see what the response is. Like I mentioned before, I mostly commission art to get something pretty and accurate for avatars (with the exception of couple art), so if everyone posts saying they want to draw Robot Grandma, I'm still only going to be looking for one piece of art for her and will probably just pick one artist! Also I'm bad at saying no to people, especially since it's not like adopts where you're just like "no thanks i don't quite click with that"  bc you're like "nah you're offering me Cool Art but it's not my style or it's too expensive for me" y'know???
