Accidental hero: Isn't this just every single major story arc?
Alternate universe: You are here!
Ambiguous ending: It doesn't really have an ending, does it? I mean, Renee isn't going to live forever.
Angst coma: Explanation for Emmy's disappearance after Aster's death.
Arc Symbol: DELTA D.
Back from the dead: Legendary revival. Also, Zinnia after being supposedly killed by Joeseph Stone at his trial.
Bittersweet ending: Cynthia and Zinnia reuniting in peace after Joeseph's trial.
The power of friendship: It's pokemon! Of course the power of your friends can help save the world.
The power of love: It happened before they got together, but Renee and Emmy DID save the world together during Delta. Also see: N and Lune are reunited and take down Ghetsis.
Weather dissonance: Climax of the Primal Hoenn arc, where Sapphire is going berserk and threatens to flood the world with rain. Also seen when the previous Lugia to Basil went berserk, causing a hurricane off the coast of Cianwood which resulted in nearby ships sinking.
Character tropes:
Action survivor: Zinnia during the Mt. Coronet incident, as well as Courtney and Shelly during Delta.
AM/FM Characterization: Subverted. While music is a big part of Basil's character, Gabber is a very... angry and harsh genre, yet Basil is friendly and energetic.
Backstory horror: Certain habits of Zinnia's family post-delta and Haru after being rescued reflect this. There couldn't be a reason for these habits, right?
Big bad: Up until his trial, Joeseph Stone - causing problems for literally everyone!
Cast full of pretty boys: Steven has so much prettyboy energy he singlehandedly puts this trope here.
Cynicism catalyst: The Mt. Coronet incident caused this for Ridley.
Eldritch abomination: Arceus and Ramiel. And Eternatus!
Evil is sexy: when i posted aurelien everyone was like 'wow shes hot' so im legally obligated to put this here
Mad scientist: Colress, though not much of a spoiler though, huh?
Surprisingly normal backstory: Pearl - at least until the jellyfish comes in
Sweet baker: Maribelle.
The cutie: Pearl.
The hedonist: Aurelien and Aya, big time.
Trauma conga line: Oh no.
Tyke-bomb: N. Also, Haru during the year she was in Rocket.
Location tropes:
Abandoned laboratory: The dreamyard. Also, the P2 lab, I guess? Since Plasma's gone, at least.
