Ultra Space exists completely separately from the main Pokeau universe, as an entirely separate dimension. It was ruled by The Skymother before her supernova, and still functions afterwards.

Ultra space consists of a simple plain that goes on endlessly in all directions - though it's not flat. The confines of Ultra Space have more diverse biomes than one could imagine, ranging from electric flatlands to deep ocean abysses. At the very edges of the infinite plan, guzzlord slowly eat away at the universe, but they're so far off from the center that it's not an immediate threat, and won't be for some time.
Ultra Megalopolis is located in the center of Ultra Space, with Megalo Tower marking the very center.

The Ultra deep sea

Reversed from the plain of Ultra space is the Ultra deep sea - a vast dark ocean in the sky. It's held back by the ultra barrier, otherwise, it would spill into the mainlands, causing chaos. The Ultra deep sea is home to one species only, and that species being Nihilego - the dangerous parasitic ultra beast that feeds off of others. Their delicate glass-like bodies require them to stay in the sea, which means as long as the barrier holds it back, the creatures of Ultra Space are safe.

The liquid in the sea is breathable by all creatures, and doesn't seem to make one float - but it's definitely swimmable.

The ultra barrier and Lunaires

Protecting all of Ultra Space from the Ultra deep sea is the ultra barrier - projected by Lunaires. The barrier is transparent and unbreakable, and prevents anything from traveling in and out of the deep sea without a wormhole.
Lunaires is the Skymother's palace, and its completely inaccessible. It always seems to be the same distance away from you, no matter where you go. It appears as a crescent moon, but upon closer inspection, you can see elaborate architecture and its palace-like structure. It's since sit abandoned since Skymom's supernova.
