THE WORLD
Crowned Knight takes place on an Earth altered by magic in the early days of human civilization. Continents were torn and reshaped by this strange power, leading to the creation of countless new ecosystems and nations. A ribbon of mana surrounds the planet, shrouding the stars for most of the year. Despite the ever-changing state of the world, civilkind persisted, leading to a modern age somewhat reminiscent of our real world.
The story mostly takes place in Dormere, the oldest of the known kingdoms. Its known as the birthplace of ethereal magic, and has had a storied history with witches and beasts.
