Altagia is a world that is 60% water and 40% land. Here is where various types of species live, one of the major populates of this world is called Kitty-Koi. They are a humanoid race that has cat ears and a koi fishtail. They are not the only ones who call this planet home! The Kitty-Kois opposite the Magmarians also resides on this planet.
