One interesting and cool thing is that of the coat of arms. Many jestefections want to show off just who they’re dealing with, so it’s customary after knowing who your myxoreign is to get a coat of arms made for the domain members.
There’s an entire profession dedicated to making quality coat of arms designs, and they’re quite pricey. But the price is more for the mindset of “sacrificing for your myxoreign” than anything. And don’t think the professionals are taking the profits; they take that money and give it to their myxoreign somehow! Trust me, too many jestefections are afraid of being “selfish” with the money to try that. Haveners, on the other hand…
Anyways, most designs are like that of a traditional coat of arms, but many feature their myxoreign at the top with a crown to show they’re the ones on top and in charge. Under them you’ll normally see various stylized creatures and stylized versions of the domain members under the myxoreign, usually holding gems, tapestry, and other things. This is to represent the domain members giving their best/sacrificing.
Under everyone, however, is usually the myxoreign’s hands and/or tendrils, showing that they ultimately support everything.
Usually what a professional will do is make them coat of arms, then embed the file on a card so that if you ever wanted to have it printed on something (or embroidered), someone could easily scan the card and get the reference image data. Another thing they’ll usually do (unless you specify not to, usually due to budget limitations) is take the finest materials such as gold thread, small gems, etc, and embroider the emblem onto nice fabric for each of the members wanting one. They’ll then place that inside of a fancy glass plaque so you can keep track of it. You can also get one for your myxoreign if you want! Although these are MUCH more expensive, but look amazing. While you yourself can get a myxoreign version of the plaque, it’s generally advised to only let your myxoreign have that one while you take the regular one. Many jestefections think that you getting as nice a plaque as them with the coat of arms sort of insinuates that you’re equal to them somehow. Many myxoreign would beg to differ and would encourage you to get a nice one too, but this is jestefection mentality we’re talking about, lol.
