Welcome to the world of the evines - a peaceful race of bipeds who are deeply connected to the earth through a mechanism they refer to as the world threads.

The formation and destruction of these invisible threads dictate all life for the evines; even the lives of non-evine creatures. The color of the threads, for the rare evines who can see them, also dictate the type of magic an evine has access to use. Every evine's threads have color, just as every evine's blood flows with the shared energy provided to them via the threads.

The core evine world is set in a medieval-fantasy environment, but evines still have some technologies not present in a true medieval world through the use of their magics. Owners are not required to roleplay (or draw) their evines within a medieval timeline, but are still asked to respect the lore of the species within the constraints of their chosen timeline.
