General ToS
1. Xarzengior is an MA15+ group. Please ensure you are 15 or older, this group occasionally contains darker themes that may not be appropriate for younger viewers.2. No harassment or intolerance will be accepted. Please only discuss sensitive subjects (politics, religion) if you are mature enough not to attack others for differing views. Xarzengior is a safe space, we will not accept abuse.3. Please contact a MOD if another member of the community is making you uncomfortable for any reason.4. Swearing is permitted, however excessive foul language will not be tolerated. There are minors and individuals who are not comfortable with excessive swearing.5. When sharing media featuring sensitive content, please spoiler the image and include a Content/Trigger Warning of the media.6. Do not harass, badger, beg or guilt other members into giving you a design. If reports are made, MODs will contact you and serve punishments as appropriate. Same goes for requesting the admin role.7. Have a good time! This is a friendly community, invite your friends and have a good time. Feel free to provide feedback to a MOD at any point.
Xarzengior Character ToS1. Respect the lore of the species found in Xarzengior and ensure your characters follow this lore. If you are unsure of anything or want to change something, please make a query in any dedicated questions zone or contact a MOD.2. Please notify the MOD team of any ownership updates by leaving a comment on the dedicated Xarzengior Masterlist. We ask that both sides confirm this trade. You can find a CoO form on the masterlist.3. There is a cooldown period of 3 weeks before you can re-sell a Xarzengior Design. They will not be used as trade fodder.4. When purchasing a Xarzengior Original Design, you must agree to the ToS of the individual artist/s that created the adopt. If you purchase a design you cannot sell it for more than it's purchased for, unless you have purchased additional art, in which you can add the price of the art to the total resale price.5. You cannot create a Xarzengior Original Design without a valid MYO ticket of that selected species. You can purchase one of these from the shop.6. Pending removal from the group, the MODs will discuss the re-possession or voiding of any Xarzengior designs and outcome with you.7. To void a design from Xarzengior, you must contact the artist that designed the adopt and notify them your intentions, then remove Species Traits. Then submit it to the artist and a MOD to receive approval of the voiding. Until approval, the design will remain featured as a Xarzengior design.8. When submitting an MYO Design for approval, please submit it to the correct Approval Zone and tag a MOD (if outside of Discord). You may also DM Spectral_Ashwood for private approval.9. You are able to request another artist to design any of your MYOs on your behalf, however please credit them for their work.10. Please follow the Trait Guides for each individual species, otherwise your design will not be officially recognised.
PunishmentsThe severity of punishments is dependent on the severity of the offences actioned. We try our best to be fair, we are not always going to get it perfect. Members are permitted to challenge a punishment they feel is unjust. Please provide evidence when available.
