Way, compared to his brother, is a lot more carefree and tends to see the positive sides of things instead of clinging to the worst possible scenario. He first joined ACIDATA in 1991 at age 18 after showing up to the guitar tryouts hosted by the band and being called back. His charismatic nature and commitment to the zombie bit set him apart from others applying with technical skill, making him the best possible candidate for the position.He had come up with his own zombie persona look and clothes, wearing it proudly as he played one of the band's difficult deep cuts. It wasn't even a week after trying out that he had been selected, and things started to look up for the band as they were way more balanced in members. Franky had taken up playing the keyboard and Way took on bass with a six-string, an instrument he molded himself to like he'd always belonged.

Months into being in Acidata, Way's crazy stage antics got him into major trouble with his wrist, sustaining an injury that would take weeks to heal properly. In the meantime, Luka was back on his 4-string and Franky was back on both keyboard and guitar. It was to the detriment of many performances, flopping them out of giving fans a good show one too many times. One torturous week into it, Way convinced his older brother Solomon to show up to practice to surprise the others, and he did. Sol was more technically talented than the others in the group and made quick work of figuring out placements for everyone. It was difficult for KT, Luka, and Franky to be on board with his percieved bossiness at first, but once Way had returned from injury rest it all clicked. Way was on 6-string bass, Franky was on rhythm, Luka on lead, and Sol on keyboard.

Way is one of the fan-favorite members going into the 90s, spending a lot of time interacting and taking photos with fans after shows. He was also known to draw funny things on peoples music, pants, hats, shirts, really whatever you put in front of him. Way is an extremely carefree individual with the want to spread peace and love through music deep in his soul. He beleives rock and metal are the keys to that.
