Veronika Fuchs was born in 1950, in Kentucky and spent her formative years being completely captivated by music. Not really the kinds on records, but the music of everyday: the kids outside hitting buckets as drums, or the people at her school desperately trying to grasp the basics of guitar. She loved it. She was only 10 years old when she'd met her next door neighbor Yvonne, who had just turned 7. Yvonne was a pretty lonely kid. She kept to herself and wore raggedy clothes and overall did not like authority or any of the crazy feminine stereotypes being forced on her by society. Veronika epathized with Yv's issues but still obeyed the things she didn't like just so everything would go on a little easier. Despite Yv's attitude, her and Veronika's friendship was never a strained one, and they even tried to look out for eachother. One huge example of that was when Veronika was 16 and introduced Yv to her 19 year old friend Rob in order to kickstart a career in music. Veronika met Rob while working a dishwashing job at a local diner in 1967 at age 15. Being the outgoing and extroverted person she was, she went right up to him on her break and asked him what he was up to, thinking nothing of it. That was the beginning of a lifelong friendship and promise to make music for the ears of the world.
