Once the war was over, Star and Albi were both assigned to a same construction zone, in which they performed various tasks. The first time they interacted, however, was when Albi and other workers saved Star from getting crushed by a falling pillar. They quickly became close buddies, mostly because Albi's great body language perfectly resonated with Star's ability to predict the future based of what she sees, enabling them to have complex conversations despite Albi's corrupted voice. Before meeting Elbaite's group, they were from that point on each other's only real company.

Nowadays, they work together in a research center, specifically its rehabilitation department, where they help other corrupted patients. In order to save Albi for getting deported to military again, Star signed a contract which promoted Albi to her personal guard, enabling her to stay and not get questioned by the government.

Having calm, helpful nature and neutral approach to biological life gives them plenty of room to share similar interests. Such closeness also means there's no stigma surrounding their different social ranks and simply treat each other as equals.

Due to past abandonment issues, Star is fixated on Albi. Going as far as adjusting her own look to hers, Star is willing to do anything she has the courage for in order to appear pleasing. She also feels insecure anytime she sees Albi socialize with others.

Albi on the other hand dislikes Star's extreme lack of support in arguments. Especially while fighting Melon, Star's neutrality towards conflicts means that despite agreeing with Albi, she rarely calls Melon out.

Due to their professions, Citri and Star mostly work on different outposts and rarely get the chance to interact. If they meet, it's usually thanks to Tourmaline who seeks their combined guidance in diplomatic emergencies.

Being the oldest, most experienced gems among their group makes them great counselors who shouldn't be messed with. They're also extremely loyal to those who are closest to them, which they both highly respect on one another.

They enjoy sharing company and gossips about any melancholic theme in existence. The only personality difference between them is that while Star accepts tragic fades without any resistance, Citri still tries to find a solution or even fight them head-on.

They could not be more different. One bounded by lawful melancholism, the other freed by chaotic cheerfulness. Some might argue that if they discovered their insecurities, they could understand each other severely more...

Although Star claims she dislikes Heli solely for practical things, there is one bias reason as well. She's jealous of Heli's healthy relationship with everyone from the space station she's from. Since part of Star wishes to have just as loving and welcoming home, seeing Heliodor leaving it behind like it was nothing angers her on a personal level.

Heli isn't the greatest when it comes to speaking with diplomatic class. She prefers taking actions rather than philosophically discuss something. In addition to this, Heliodor dislikes being around Star because she inflicts negative or numb energy on others for no reason. As a very emotional person, Heli gets easily reminded of any inner demon she's trying to fight and Star's attitude of "give up, it's pointless" only awakens memories Heli is so desperately trying to move on from.

When lawful and chaotic extremists clash, it usually doesn't go well. Despite this, Star and Elbaite achieve great teamwork and tolerance. They're not afraid to admit that both feel very impressed by the other's accomplishments and skills. Furthermore, they also share great acting/masking talent and understanding of Homeworld's higher-ups. They might not spend their free workdays together, but they surely can unite in times of need.

The biggest downside of this relationship is obviously their very different moral code.

Working in neighboring departments, it is no surprise Star and Grey see each other frequently. They share similar passions for making things right, giving them the status of one of the most efficient teams in the facility. Until all tasks are done, they make sure others don't procrastinate either.

When they finally catch a break, Grey often joins Star that goes hang out with Albi (if they weren't already). All three then gossip around a table, play tabletop games or simply chill.

The only minor inconvenience in their relationship is Star's role as a very lawful sapphire. The possibility of her accidentally discovering Grey's relationship with Heliodor isn't worth risking, especially since Star and Heli don't get along well to begin with.

As devoted followers of their court, they hold very similar standards. They both know if something connected to those above them feels off, it's best to turn a blind eye to it and follow without further questions.

While Star has zero idea who Onyx really is, she suspects the danger surrounding her answers, thus trying to discourage Elbaite from ever talking about them in front of their friends.

Onyx, despite also having little to no information about Star, thinks a sapphire like her doesn't wish for any trouble, making her the only member of the main six who appears completely innocent and harmless in their eye.
