"Ah, my master Kal~ I wish he would command me more often, but I guess that's part of his charm. He's so elegant even when he's being thoughtful... and dense. Why can't I brush his hair as a reward? Of course it's a reward my love, your hair is so soft and fluffy and I can't stand just looking at it for eternity. Oh, but I could look into your gorgeous eyes forever... ahhh how could you just let me sit in your arms so long without questioning it! You're so cute. I need you to get hooked on my blood already. You only need to drink from me. The cult won't be forever, learn to depend fully on me. I'm so excited~ just thinking about finally influencing you to let go and tear me apart... Ahahaha!"
"Tiyr is an impressive figure. He is diligent, thorough, and clever. The humans respect him greatly, and he has formed a devout and hardworking community all by himself in so little time. In many little ways as well he works to improve my life without asking for much in return. Even when I turn down his suggestions for rewards, he doesn't think to give up or leave. It feels nice to have an unerringly loyal support like him who looks out for me."
"I can't believe I got to meet another master out here! And he's a deer as well? Though he and Kal look very different... of course, no one could be Kal's match, and wanting two masters with his appearance would be too greedy of me. Anyway, Rhie is the only one here aware of my failures and experienced what my wretched peers had done personally. I want to do everything I can for him since he has chosen to let me live. He hates me with his entire being, as he should, but I think we're on the same wavelength when it comes to our goals? I wonder if Kal can become as passionate about violence as him..."
"It's still incredibly strange seeing a blood eater who acts like he should. I sometimes like to test him when I see him acting independently, but there's never been a suspicious word out of his mouth. Or... wait. Scratch that, everything he says is suspicious, but in a completely unexpected way. At this point I don't even question his loyalty. I think he might need to take a step back, actually. Until then, I'll be the one keeping my distance and wishing Kal luck. Getting that loyal worm's help in eradicating his kind is the only interaction I want."
"Dimi is one of my masters, and Kal's friend, but honestly he's kind of pathetic? Sure, he has that quiet, cool, scholar quality to him. But beyond that he's just awkward and nervous. I like to tease him a little since he's easy to annoy, but I find it even cuter that he's scared of me. He didn't even experience the blood eater uprising- and isn't that much younger than Rhie- so how did he end up like this? I kind of want to protect him and fulfill his fears at the same time."
"I don't like how Tiyr is nice to me out of some weird vampire loyalty. He's very pushy about the strangest things, too... and yet respectfully listens to me? I do appreciate how he treats me when there are unapologetic monsters like Rhie around, but it makes me extensively more uncomfortable /because/ he is kind. Not to mention how he obsessively hangs onto Kalhicel... does the faun not notice, or does he not care? I feel chills simply recalling the look in that boy's eyes..."
"This mortal dared to stroll into my cult on a whim and had swept many people into his antics without paying me the respect of asking for permission... who does he think he is? I want to crush him. Though, he did improve the healthcare of the populace, guided bloodletting ceremonies, taught the people some medicine and magic... ugh. Okay, maybe he's done a lot to help overall. Reducing unintended mortality and making cultists more fanatic were unexpected boons... but he still stepped all over my authority! I must keep an eye on him to make sure he continues to do good work for the cult and has no ulterior motives!"
"The cult leader keeps watch on me so it's kind of nerve-racking. But he doesn't seem that bad? He even complimented me once... amid far more complaints. Still, he has a pretty cool thing going on here. I didn't think these kinds of violent rituals could draw so many loyal people, and it was all organized around a genuinely immortal creature that stays on the move. Genius. I hope he doesn't catch on that this kind of environment is perfect for my experiments... oh, yeah, and for Dimi I guess. Would Tiyr give me a sample of blood if I asked...?"
