ShadowClan
Rowankit was born in ShadowClan alongside her siblings, Duskkit, Gingerkit, and Leafkit. Her parents are Poisonedsap and Cougarfoot. As a kit, she and her siblings were trained in the nursery by their mother, who planned for them to fight for Deserve's Army in the battle against the Clans. On the night of the battle, the kits refused to fight, and in her anger Poisonedsap killed Leafkit and Rowankit.
In death, Leafkit and Rowankit are in StarClan. They were taken care of by Cougarfoot and Swiftstalker until Cougarfoot agreed to move to the Place of No Stars, leaving Swiftstalker as their sole caretaker.
Rowankit is a golden tabby she-cat with amber eyes.

Cougarfoot is Rowankit's father. Due to Poisonedsap's plans and training, and Cougarfoot's reluctance to be a father, he was quite absent from his kits' lives, though he did care about them. He was horrified when Poisonedsap killed Leafkit and Rowankit and rushed to save Gingerkit and Duskkit from the same fate. In StarClan, Cougarfoot cares for Leafkit and Rowankit with the help of Swiftstalker.
Poisonedsap is Rowankit's mother. She trained her to ultimately fight against the Clans, but when she refused, she saw her as worthless and killed her.
Spiderfang is Rowankit's older brother. He never had much of a relationship with her, besides their involvement with Poisonedsap's plot.
Amberrose is Rowankit's older sister. She never had much of a relationship with her, besides their involvement with Poisonedsap's plot.
Falconclaw is Rowankit's older brother. She never had much of a relationship with him, besides their involvement with Poisonedsap's plot.
Gingerfrost is Rowankit's brother. They were close as young kits and trained together in the nursery. Gingerfrost had no memory of her.
Once while dreaming with StarClan, Rowankit and Leafkit excitedly greet Gingerpaw, wanting to play with him. He feels he should know them, but doesn't know how. Moons later on the night he fulfilled the prophecy, he learned about his sisters.

Duskmoon is Rowankit's brother. They were close as young kits and trained together in the nursery.
Leafkit is Rowankit's sister. They were close as young kits and trained together in the nursery. They are inseparable in StarClan and love to play together.
Revengeheart is Rowankit's older half brother. She never had much of a relationship with him, besides their involvement with Poisonedsap's plot.
Swiftstalker is Rowankit's older half brother. She never had much of a relationship with him, besides their involvement with Poisonedsap's plot. Swiftstalker was horrified when Poisonedsap killed Leafkit and Rowankit, but was too late to save them. In StarClan, he and Cougarfoot care for Leafkit and Rowankit.
Smoky is Rowankit's half brother, the kit of Poisonedsap and Boone. Rowankit has no idea he even exists.
Sniper is Rowankit's half brother, the kit of Poisonedsap and Boone. Rowankit has no idea he even exists.
Ginger is Rowankit's half sister, the kit of Poisonedsap and Boone. Rowankit has no idea she even exists.

Kithood
Rowankit was born alongside her siblings, Gingerkit, Duskkit, and Leafkit in ShadowClan. She was the result of Poisonedsap pressuring Cougarfoot to have another litter with her, planning for their kits to participate in a final battle against the Clans, on the side of Deserve's Army. In the first moon of their lives, Poisonedsap was often absent, leaving them to attend meetings with her followers. On at least one occasion, she asked Song to watch them. In the time leading up to the battle, Poisonedsap trained the four kits in the nursery just as she did her first two litters. (Shadows of Blood)
On the night Deserve's Army attacks the Clans, Rowankit and her siblings are herded out of the nursery by Poisonedsap. She snarls at them to fight, even urging them to finish off Ebonypaw thinking she'll be easy, but they refuse, terrified. Rowankit huddles against Duskkit. In rage, Poisonedsap sinks her teeth into Rowankit's scruff and throws her across the clearing. She hits the ground headfirst and dies. Believing the litter to be worthless, Poisonedsap then killed Leafkit and aimed to kill Gingerkit and Duskkit too, but were saved by Cougarfoot and Swiftstalker. Gingerkit and Duskkit were shocked and terrified at the deaths of their sisters. (Shadows of Blood)
StarClan Kit
Rowankit now resides in StarClan with her sister Leafkit. They are cared for by Cougarfoot and Swiftstalker.

When Gingerpaw dreams with StarClan, Leafkit and Rowankit excitedly greet their brother, though he is unaware of his relationship to them. They want to play and add that their father wants to see him, and Gingerpaw is unaware that Cougarfoot is his father as well. (Winds of Darkness, chapter 6)
After Cougarfoot moved to the Place of No Stars to save Gingerfrost and the Clans, Swiftstalker promised to take care of Leafkit and Rowankit.
