Tinylark is a warrior of ShadowClan. She is the daughter of Rosebreeze and Brownstripe. She was mentored by Crowmask and grieved upon losing both her parents during her apprenticeship. She was excited and happy to earn her warrior name.
She developed a romance with Heatstorm, but he was always angry, and she realized he hated Bloodfur more than he loved her, ending the relationship.
While on patrol with Depthstar and Boost, they were ambushed by Rosemary's cats. Tinylark lost her right eye and was the lone survivor of the attack. During her recovery she worried she wouldn't be able to hunt properly again, but her sisters comforted and encouraged her.
After her recovery, she resumed mentorship of Nightpaw.
Tinylark is a small brown tabby she-cat with amber eyes. She's missing her right eye. (Winds of Darkness, chapter 15)
"Who would do this? And why? Brownstripe and Rosebreeze never hurt anyone! They promised to be there for us. Now they won't even see us be made warriors."

Brownstripe is Tinylark's father. He is very proud of his kits and visited them often in the nursery. He promised to always be there for them. They grieved when both Rosebreeze and Brownstripe died and wished they had lived to see them become warriors.
Rosebreeze is Tinylark's mother. She grieved at the loss and wished both parents had lived to see her become a warrior.
Honeyrose is Tinylark's sister. They are very close. Honeyrose supported and encouraged her after she lost her eye.
Creamheart is Tinylark's sister. They've always been close. When Tinylark lost an eye in Rosemary's attack, Creamheart was anxious for her and stayed with her all night as she treated the wound, and reassured her after the incident.

Kithood
Tinykit is born in ShadowClan to Rosebreeze and Brownstripe alongside her sisters, Honeykit and Creamkit. Her parents were very loving and promised to always be there for them.
Apprenticeship
Tinypaw is apprenticed and receives Crowmask as her mentor. Just half a moon later, she is devastated when Rosebreeze is killed. Just a few moons later, she is excited to learn a hunting move Brownstripe said she'd learn when she was older. She looks forward to showing him, but while hunting with Crowmask, Bloodfur, Cardinalpaw, and Cougarfoot, she is horrified and distressed to discover her father has been killed. She wonders who would do this to her parents and grieves, upset they won't see she and her siblings be made warriors.
Warrior
Tinylark is excited as she earns her warrior name alongside her sister, Honeyrose. She fights in the battle against Deserve's Army and supports Bloodfur as he returns to ShadowClan.
Tinylark grew close with Heatstorm, and a romance developed between them. But as Heatstorm continued being angry with Bloodfur and dismissed her opinions, she came to the conclusion that he hated Bloodfur more than he loved her. She ended the relationship.
She happily received Nightpaw as her first apprentice.
Losing an Eye
While on patrol with Depthstar and Boost during a storm, they're ambushed by Rosemary and her cats who kill Boost and throw Depthstar in a pit. While Amberrose pins Tinylark, Foxshadow slashes out her right eye, joking that more cats in ShadowClan deserve to look like him. She manages to rush back to camp for help. Though Depthstar and Boost die, Tinylark recovers in the medicine den under the care of her sister, Creamheart.
During her recovery, Tinylark struggled to adjust to having one eye and worried she wouldn't be able to hunt again, but Creamheart and Honeyrose comforted and encouraged her. Tinylark was hurt when Cobrastar temporarily assigned Nightpaw to Ebonystripe, feeling like she failed at mentoring her first apprentice.
\Recovery
Tinylark recovers from her injury and resumes mentorship of Nightpaw. She is happy as she heads to the gathering to celebrate Rosemary's defeat.
- Tinylark, Honeyrose, and Creamheart were born on the day of the first snowfall of the year (Shadows of Blood, chapter 11)
- Tinylark was originally the daughter of Sorrelshine and a cat named Duckfeather. She had two siblings, Oaktuft and Tortoiseshellfeather. In the planning stages of Shadows of Blood, her father was Fallenhope rather than Duckfeather. She was originally described as a brown tabby with light brown paws, muzzle, chest, and chin, with amber eyes and a black nose.
