ℹ️ Basic Info

  • Hugh Forric is the Tooniverse’s richest being, valued at over 888 billion dollars. He amassed this fortune from a lucky gambling win, smart investments and directing amazing films under his “Chap & Chapeau” production company.
  • Hugh is a massive narcissist with little care for others outside of useful sycophants and employees. He takes any slights to his ego extremely personally. He hides his egotism under a false, gentlemanly persona in public appearances.
  • Using his power and influence, Hugh is free to buy anything and coerce anyone. Hugh tries to hide his greedy personality with polite behaviour, philanthropic deeds and media censorship.
  • Hugh was once in a long, toxic marriage with Diana Diamondhart. After their divorce, both for them use their respective riches and clout to continue tormenting each other.

🎭 Personality

Hugh Forric has two personalities: one in private and one in public. He keeps both of these personalities compartmentalized, and is extremely secretive about how he behaves in private.

Privately, Hugh is a greedy, power-hungry narcissist. He only cares about himself, and only socializes with sycophantic fans, business partners, employees and his “Watchdog” staff. Hugh sulks and tantrums when others around him are unable to fulfill his wishes.

Hugh’s ego is fragile and he secretly writes pages of angry prose in his diary whenever he is slighted. There are constant rumours about Hugh’s private life, but he uses the power of his Chap & Chapeau media empire to distort the truth about his greedy hedonism.

Publicly, Hugh is a perfect gentleman. He is polite, charismatic and confident. Hugh is charitable towards others, but only when he wants something from them, or when he’s using his philanthropy as positive press or as a distraction. Because Hugh’s charity is disingenuous, he is secretly jealous of Ella Pawman’s long legacy of humanitarian efforts.

Hugh loves to collect rare objects, and will show them off to anyone who is interested. He has drawn the ire of media historians for hoarding the only copies of lost film reels, books and sheet music. This includes materials made by Charleston Waltz, Ella Pawman and Ijinks H. Iwerx

Hugh is almost incapable of loving anyone else. Instead, he is very much in love with his own image. His mansion has lots of mirrors and reflective surfaces for him to admire his body. Hugh also commissions expert painters and sculptors to create art of himself.

Hugh loves food! He is extremely particular about what he eats, and he demands decadent meals in large portions. His favourite things to eat are desserts.

Hugh is very technologically-illiterate due to his age and pampering. He often has his staff do basic tasks for him such as sending e-mails, and using the dishwasher or toaster.

Few things can shatter Hugh’s public, gentlemanly persona. One is his ex-wife Diana Diamondhart - Hugh will take any opportunity to inconvenience her, no matter how small. The other is food - Hugh has difficulty controlling his gluttonous appetite and tries not to eat around others if possible.

🧬 Biology

As a Tooniverse denizen, Hugh Forric has the typical biology and abilities of a cartoon character. He can pull objects from behind his back… but only when it’s funny! Hugh also keeps a stash of his fortune behind his back, making him a walking piggy bank.

Hugh is very out-of-shape from years of pampering. He refuses to climb staircases and will only perform physical tasks as a last resort.

Inkblot toons like Hugh normally have the ability to melt, morph, stretch and contort their inky bodies. However, Hugh is unable to perform most of these abilities. He can only stretch a single part of his body at once, and can only morph the clothes on his body to other outfits. He cannot morph his entire body into another form (with the one exception being his "Wulfric Maximillian" persona).

Hugh’s body is made of ink. Under extreme injury or stress, his body will melt into an ink puddle. He takes some time to regenerate into his human-shaped form.

Underneath his greyscaled skin, Hugh can produce colour! However, this is only temporary and it depends on the mood or situation (such as blushing red, face turning green when sick, body turning blue when frozen, etc.).

Hugh is over 100 years old, but his physical body ages extremely slowly. This is likely due to the preservatives in the large amount of food he eats.

Hugh has perfect vision while wearing glasses, but is nearsighted without them.

Because Hugh is a vintage cartoon character, his voice sounds muffled and grainy like it’s coming from an old radio broadcast.

🔍 History

Hugh Forric was born in 1900 to Dorothy and Jasper Forric in the small town of Rabbitsford. His family were the only humans in a community of anthropomorphic herbivorous animals. Hugh’s mother Dorothy left shortly after he was born.

Hugh was raised by his father Jasper Forric. Jasper was an alcoholic coal miner who was abusive and neglectful to Hugh. The two of them had no love for each other, and were only together out of obligation and poverty.

Most of Jasper’s money was spent on alcohol, and meat was hard to come by in a community of herbivores. As a result, Hugh grew up thin, small and sickly due to lack of food. Hugh was also bullied by other children due to his father’s drunken behaviour.

Hugh discovered his musical talent as a young age, and would play on pianos for meager tips. This enraged Hugh’s father, who was offended by Hugh’s busking and the charity of the listeners.

At 19 years of age. Hugh got a part-time job playing piano for "Potter's Pastries" - a local bakery owned by a family of cute brown toon rabbits. Hugh’s musical talent brought a lot of customers into the bakery, and Hugh was paid with a little money and a lot of unsold desserts. Hugh enjoyed working for Mr. and Mrs. Potter and viewed them as the family he never had.

Unfortunately for Hugh, the Potter family only treated Hugh as an employee, and not as a family member. The Potter family had a wedding for their eldest son, and Hugh was not invited. While the Potter family was away preparing for the wedding, Hugh ate the wedding cake and every other dessert in the bakery as revenge. Hours later, Mr. Potter was forced to roll Hugh’s bloated body home. Hugh’s dad disowned him, and after a few days of begging, the humiliated Hugh leaves on a train for Canvasville. Now homeless, Hugh takes a job composing music and playing piano at a theatre in Canvasville. He lives out of a storage room in the back of the theatre.

Hugh was part of the famous “Twilight Theatre Troupe” consisting of Charleston Waltz, himself, Ijinks H. Iwerx, Ella Pawman and Flicky D.  Firefly.  They starred in Charleston Waltz’s films, and performed live vaudeville  shows in Canvasville’s Twilight Theatre. Hugh composed and performed a  lot of the musical scores of the group's productions.

Hugh and Ijinks become best friends and often confided in each other. One day, Hugh and Ijinks visit a horse-racing track named “Diamondhart Downs”. Ijinks bought a horse race betting ticket with the last of Hugh’s money. The horse was “Longshot McLasty” at a billion-to-one odds. Hugh wins a fortune, vacuuming the wealth away from the racetrack’s wealthy heiress Diana Diamondhart. Diana begins dating Hugh in order to retain her previous wealth. Diana’s socialite influence causes Hugh to abandon the Twilight Theatre Troupe, and the group shortly disbands from in-fighting.

Hugh begins his own movie production company called “Chap & Chapeau”, with Diana as his star actress. Hugh and Diana get married and have an ego-clashing toxic relationship. Both refuse to divorce due to the combined wealth and media attention.

Years later, Hugh and Diana finally divorce after decades of arguing and controlling behaviour. A portion of Hugh’s wealth goes to Diana. After the divorce, Hugh and Diana continue to inconvenience each other by throwing their wealth and power around. They both own numerous properties and businesses in Canvasville and use their influence to bully Canvasville’s Mayor River Moon Willows into getting what they want

Presently, Hugh lives alone in his enormous French manor-inspired mansion known as the “Chapeau Chateau”. He is waited on by a staff of purebred anthropomorphic dogs known as the “Watchdogs”. Cherri Niwaki is one of his favourites!

Hugh’s company Chap & Chapeau still produces popular, high-budget entertainment. A movie trilogy named “Wolfing Down Wall Street” is his current project, with a new actor named Theta in the starring role. Hugh is in a secret relationship with Theta and they frequently travel and have long dinner dates together.  With Theta’s help, Hugh Forric learned to  temporarily transform his body from human to a white wolf. Hugh named  this form “Wulfric Maximillian”, and he uses this alter-ego as a disguise.

Hugh frequently has to fend off frequent trespassing and harassment from Ijinks H. Iwerx as a result of her one-sided infatuation. Hugh is able to repel these attempts with his bodyguards and his mansion's security system. He finds this obsession to be amusing.

🔞 Kink Material

🚫 If you are under 18, do not draw or interact with this character in kink-related contexts!

⚠️ This section is optional material and is not imperative to this character's biography. It contains text relating to the “WG”, “FA”, “BHM”, "TF", "Feeding" and "Popping" kinks. Only click the spoiler if you want to read about this.

Hugh Forric is an anatomically-correct adult male human. He struggles with romantic relationships, cuddling, kissing, sex and nakedness. He also has “performance issues” sometimes when it comes to sexual situations.

Hugh is secretly a dominant gainer, indulging in massive one-man feasts every 6:00pm on weekdays. Hugh’s staff prepare a royal bounty of food, but they are not permitted to view him eating it. Hugh often fantasizes about growing as fat as possible while a submissive feeder encourages him to continue eating. Hugh also enjoys admiring his weight gain in mirrors, and enjoys feeling powerful, decadent and well-dressed in kink situations. His greediest, most gluttonous fantasy is to eat the moon, with his round body replacing it in the night’s sky.

Hugh’s stomach capacity is immense, but not infinite. His toony inkblot body allows him to stretch himself to extremes. No matter what size he gets to, Hugh's clothes ALWAYS stretch to accommodate his body and remain totally intact. On rare occasions, Hugh can burst from overeating, but this is of little consequence because his inky body can re-form. There is no gore when he bursts, the climactic event is more of a cartoony explosion.

Hugh hates being submissive and helpless while indulging in weight gain. He is uncomfortable with helpless force-feeding, humiliation, or slob behaviour such as food mess, gas and sweat.

Hugh’s “dominant gainer” kink was the biggest source of drama during his failed marriage with Diana Diamondhart. Diana was disgusted by this kink, and she controlled Hugh’s actions for decades by kinkshaming him. As a result of this failed relationship and Hugh’s own narcissism, Hugh is almost incapable of loving anyone else but himself. In addition, because Hugh’s formative years were in the early 1900’s, Hugh has a lot of internalized guilt involving intimacy and sexual acts.

Fortunately, Hugh found love after divorcing Diana. Hugh employed a anthropomorphic wolf named Theta as a buff bodyguard, but Hugh slowly spoils Theta with food and billionaire decadence. Hugh eventually transformed the wolf into a fat, greedy “well-rounded gentleman” capitalist like himself. After Theta's weight gain, Hugh appoints Theta as both a star actor in an upcoming movie, and Hugh's business apprentice and eventual successor to his “Chap & Chapeau” media enterprise. Eventually, Hugh discovers that Theta has the same dominant gainer kink, and both of them fall in love. Hugh and Theta keep this relationship a secret due to their kinks, and celebrity tabloid publications.

Hugh is only comfortable being romantic and intimate with Theta. Hugh still struggles to express his romantic feelings, but Theta helps Hugh to break out of his uptight, repressed persona at times. Because they are both dominant gainers, their personalities can clash in kink situations. The two of them will either mutually gain weight together, or will have to “take turns” on who is feeding or gaining. As a result, Hugh is ONLY comfortable being submissive to Theta, and vice-versa.

Hugh also has a secret alter-ego: a white anthropomorphic wolf named “Wulfric Maximillian”. This is a temporary transformation of Hugh using the malleability of his toony inkblot body. Hugh can change into this form ONLY around Theta due to their trusting relationship. In this form, Hugh is a lot more spontaneous and open in kink situations.

While Hugh’s relationship and kinks are kept secret, some others like Ijinks H. Iwerx, Cherri Niwaki, Pyth and Torin Sigwald are aware of them. There are also rumours of Hugh’s sex life going around based on Hugh’s preferential treatment of Theta and nasty comments from Hugh’s ex-wife Diana Diamondhart. Hugh also subconsciously included weight gain-related scenes in his past movies, and Bluey DeLobb, Gene Beauregarde and Grey Faux correctly hypothesized that Hugh is projecting his own kink.
