In-depth: Swift Strike is a pampered noble who has been friends with War Wing for a long time, done by barging his way into War's life. Despite his high and mighty attitude he does genuinely care for his friends and family. He is also very dramatic and a bit snobbish. His families wealth and influence ensured he received a high payed and relatively safe job within the army compared to others but he has no idea that his family is behind this. Being the commander of the scouts means he spends little time on the ground and he has never been on a battlefield which is good for him as he cannot stand grime. He would also probably faint at the sight of  blood.

• Despite the fact Shatter Shot and Swift Strike are rivals, Swift doesn't consider the rivalry as antagonistic or aggressive. In fact he sees Shatter as just another gruff friend. Shatter doesn't think the same though.
