Snow simply wanted to see Azriel become their best self. She helped get them on their feet, but they need to take charge of the rest.
Azriel owes pretty much everything in their current life situation to Snow, and that's no exaggeration. They wish she could have lived to see them now.
Snow thought that hiring Ignazio may have been a little overkill, given she had plenty of knowhow to keep Azriel properly monitored, but he turned out to be an invaluable member of the crew!
Ignazio had utmost respect for snow, even though he was always a little confused on why she would want to leave the force.
Snow saw Zschauin as a stabilizing force in the crew, especially in the early days with Azriel and Vargas fighting all the time.
Zschauin deeply misses Snow's guidance. She was a lot more level-headed and rational than Azriel.
Snow was happy that others wanted to join her little company.
Obuo never really got to know Snow that well, but she could see her deep impact on the rest of the crew, especially after her passing.
Snow thought an AI would be good investment for the ship, especially in terms of moderating any crew disputes. Plus, it's always nice to have someone that will always be available for anyone to talk to.
Snow & Arrow has been [perseus]'s one and only job. They're a little frustrated that Snow isn't around anymore; they know she would have been excited to see them become more talkative over time.
Snow always regretted that she couldn't ever get Azriel and Vargas to see eye-to-eye. Both of them were cantankerous and cagey, meaning that talking never went anywhere. She was hoping they'd eventually get fed up enough to have an actual discussion like adults, but it never came to pass.
Vargas stuck with Snow & Arrow mostly just for Snow. Her acceptance of him had him see her as a sort of mother figure, and her death rocked him to the core. Nowadays, he realizes that sort of projection onto her was pretty unhealthy, but that doesn't stop him from missing her.
