Powers -

She can stretch her arms (her hair) extra long over 3x her body size.

She can blend into things (camouflage)

She can shrink or fit in smaller spaces (flatten herself out)

Weakness -

She can't overwork her arms or they'll tire out and will stretch less and less./ she can't camouflage her whole body/ she can't get small without using an object. She needs a box, small space or jar something like that to shrink. 

Background –

Her mother and father are low ranking heroes, but they stay out in the ocean to keep pirates and thief’s from stealing from cargo company’s. They let her go to school to be like them one day. She’s a single child and has always got what she wanted so she’s a little stuck up, but she doesn’t hold it against anyone else that they don’t get what she has. She doesn’t like to listen to criticisms, and she thinks she won’t learn much at the academy.
