Puppeteer 

He can control people with one look from his eyes, one eye isn't too powerful its more like suggestion, but both will make you his puppet. 

He wears a prosthetic mask over his face because half of his face is burnt from the house fire that took away his family from him.

He comes from a family of no parents he was adopted at a young age and the family he has been in is two fathers, ones super sweet and loving and likes to bake. The other is scary and loves horror and is in love with anything to with scary things.

Power

He can puppet people if they stare him in both eyes, he keeps one eye covered, with just one he can suggest people to do things but they don't have to

Weakness

If he has suggested someone to do something its not always going to work, and if hes puperting someone he needs to keep eye contact for his power to constantly work. If he looks away his power isn't that strong and they can lose focus on his control. 

Personality

Hes soft spoken and likes to sit in gassy places away from people. He doesn't like to bother people and he's always noticing things. If you forgot something and can't find it but find it on your desk or table later it's him trying to help. He's not very good at communication and he's mistaken for a girl a lot but he's actually a guy. He'll answer to anything though, and he's always looking out for his classmates. 

Important note

Under his mask he has scars from his past and that's why he wears a prosthetic face mask.
