When she was younger she got her arm cut off by a villan when she followed one of her favorite local hero's to a crime. The bad guy used her as a shield and when he didn't need her anymore he cut off her arm and threw her into a river so the hero had to save her instead of catching him. 

Her power is a purple ooze that is like her sweat, she can use it to morph around her body. It can harden and shape. 

She has the most extra crazy hair, purple tips on it and purple eyes. Her natural hair color is a medium blonde. She's all muscles and she's a really rash person, you can't tell what she's thinking but she'll do stuff on her own
