Lightbright, hes a cool cat, or so he thinks. 

he can glow, and admit heat like a disco ball.

He glows, he can glow almost any color and admit a little heat

Weakness

He can't glow forever and he needs to charge with light (sunlight or fake light)

Personality 

His idel is Present Mic, he adores him and thinks hes the coolest hero there is. He is always wearing sunglasses, sometimes has two pairs on. He's loud and annoying but he's always  respectful to a default.

He only wears highlighter bright colors, in any situation
