Shion Gasai

She's a crazy person, she wants to help people and be a image for others like to to be as confident and courageous as she wants to be. She loves pink to the max and she low key is kinda crazy. 

Her legs can make her jump high, run fast and be able to boost well.

Backstory 

She was part of the crisis that went on while all might became famous. She lost her father in the accident; when her mom and dad's shop got crashed into by a villen whos only power was strength. She was paralized from the waist down in the accident, her parents shop had many shelves that were lose in the building, she hid behind a table and the shelf of soup cans crushed her legs while building pieces crashed onto of that. She was traumatized for many years and has gone to therapy but with her bubbly crazy personality forming she decided she'd be a hero to show other people like her that they too can have dreams and achieve them. Her natural power is simple telecenikis, but with her legs and powerups she just uses her telecenikis to strengthen herself.

Power

She has weak telikinisis, she uses it to strengthen her self. Her legs are battery life, they need to charge in the sun (solar panel) or charged with electricity (batteries)

weakness

Her legs can die, so she wouldn't be able to move, the more she does with them (strong jumps and such) takes a lot of battery life from them. And her Telekinesis isn't very powerful, it strains her too much and makes her lose focus a lot.

personality

Shes got a harly quinn personality. a softness to her that lets you be her friends, a mouth on her that makes you question her innocence and she got a side of crazy that makes you question why she wants to be a hero.

important note

her hair is normally in pig tails or braids but the bottom of her hair is SHAVED and has that pattern in her hair. AND shes normally in her wheel chair, its decked out in special ways
