Power -

- He can use his scarf to sign but the think font can only work on the scarf

- He can sign things but only works on his body

- The Scarf has it's own personality/being

Weakness -

-He can't use his power if he can't use his hands

-He can only do one or two things at a time, if he over uses the power he can't do things as drasticly

-his scarf does what he wants most of the time and can't be controlled well
