There's three main ways RR fights.
1. Black belt-level karate (which is why he wears a black belt).
2. Nunchucks.
3. His specialty: lasers.
When enraged, RR will shoot a powerful laser out of his right eye. If he is ultimately enraged, he can shoot another laser out of his left eye, although there is a roughly 1.1% chance he will become this enraged. At this level, he can be less of a hero and more like a villain.
