When you have to write an ode for your Creative Writing class

I'm actually really proud of this. Basically I had to make a cliche metaphor into a poem, but write it as if the metaphor actually meant what it says if that makes sense. The metaphor I chose is "love is a battlefield."

Quailsong has a dream where she meets a mysterious, blood-thirsty tom who seems to have it out for her. Why?

School assignment- Use repetition, onomatopoeia, a metaphor, and imagery all in one poem. Decided to write it about Quailsong's fear of water lol.

Taking place immediately after "The Intervention," Quailsong wakes up in a place she has never seen before. Someone is there with her. She doesn't know his name, but she knows his eyes.

It's one moon after the attack that took away Quailsong's confidence. The day Quailsong stopped being.. well, Quailsong. Honeydew and Featherleaf, worried for the safety of their friend, feel that they need to rescue Quailsong from herself. But is it too late?

With the sudden murder of Bearstar, Quailsong is forced to take over the leadership of SummitClan sooner than she expected. She cant help but feel that someone is out to get her...

While no one is explicitly mentioned, this poem is about Quailpaw's feelings for Honeypaw, and of course Creameyes is being a bad mother as per usual.

Basically I wrote the first two lines and a title for a short story. I then I had to crumble up the paper into a ball and throw it across the room, where someone one else would pick it up and continue the story. I did this twice, and here's the results lol. This obviously is not canon to Quailstar's story

Quailsong, still recovering from recently being attacked by a cougar, is struggling to cope with her new physical restraints. She wont admit it to anyone, but it's hitting her very hard. How will she get through this? Well, actually; will she..?
