A world without humans. Magic is real, the old gods are still alive, and all kinds of nature spirits live beside the wolves.
Three wolfpacks live in a beautiful land called Mantu.
The staid and rigid Hallahampaat rule the North on a fell of Hallatunturi, the warm and diligent Kaarnekynnet dwell in the eastern forest of Kaarnekorpi, the wild new-comers Ryövärit have settled in the southwest, and in the south, in a deep dark forest of Sysiaarnio, there are dark creatures, like maahiset, who are always hungry and love to kidnap careless wolf pups to eat and leave only their own changeling offspring behind.
Every wolf has their own job in a pack, be it a hunter, a craftswolf, a warrior, a healer, or a shaman.
Kalhonjänkä
- Kalho is.. not not-evil and he probably knows it, and doesn’t care. He’s a selfish, entitled bastard who is obsessed with winning back the girl that was promised to him.
- He probably doesn’t care about petty things such as morals or laws, when there is strength and whatever the equivalent of money is in this world.
Appearance
- Looks like a wolf. Brown and gray fur. Yellow eyes. Black nose and paw pads, white nails.
Fun facts
- Jänkä means an open marsh in northern finland, Kalho is a rare finnish surname and a place name. Place names beginning with Kalho- are often associated with bodies of water.
- Kalhonjänkä is aromantic.
Relationships
A marriage was arranged by their parents, but the girl decided she would rather leave the pack and get shunned, than get married to Kalho. He isn't too happy about it, and has decided to get back what's owed to him by any means necessarily.
