Saoirse Breen is a devout member of the Somnolae and the Captain of the Holy Order, serving as Caim Ardgall's second-in-command. Energetic and always eager to prove herself, she puts her all into her training and is on her way to surpassing even her general at this rate. Although excitable, she has a cool head on the battlefield and is trusted by all under her command to make the best decisions possible on the flip of a dime. Her competence has earned her much praise over her short career thus far. However, when coming face-to-face with an angel or demon, she tends to lose herself for a moment to her own enthusiasm, as she finds them fascinating and has to resist the urge to start asking it questions. Her knowledge of the supernatural rivals that of even Bishop's.

Saoirse grew up in a supportive religious family in Gaelen. She was especially close with her dad, who taught her a lot about self-reliability and survival while disguising these lesson as fun trips or hobbies. It took some time for Saoirse to realize what they were teaching her, but she absorbed everything she could. When she decided that she wanted to be a Holy Knight one day, both of her parents supported her.
She undertook formal training at the monastery, where she excelled through hard work and a sharp willingness to learn. During her time there, she came to realize many things about the Church and the people who were a part of it; and while not all of it was good, she has hardened her resolve, for her wish was to bring light and hope to people all over Gaelen. Although she is specialized in killing demons, she has a genuine interest in learning about how they work, which has earned her some amusement from her general, Caim. As of late, Caim has started personally mentoring Saoirse, and he has come to trust in her abilities.

- One of her hobbies is fixing up and modifying cars, something that she has fond memories of doing alongside her father.

- Saoirse is a very good listener, and loves asking people about their interests. She easily mirrors the energy around her and loves to hype others up.
- Although he is her commanding officer, Saoirse is often seen taking care of or making playful jabs at Caim. Caim sometimes treats her like a younger sibling, and Saoirse is happy to be working with him.
