Atrius Tirawa is her handsom brother she met after a long time again, now they often got on adventures together or just hang out in general.
Once they were close. During their imprisonment, the two were in cells next to each other and struck up a bond - despite Kanaya's extended silence. Cain reminded her so much of her own twin brother and unconsciously she started to treat him as such, playfully kicking him through the bars, laughing at his lame jokes, swiping at those who tried to take him from her. But no good thing can last for Kanaya. Cain fell into a 'romantic' relationship with the one who experimented on them both. It was disgusting, Kanaya had no idea how he could interact so 'positively' with the one who caused them both so much pain. She felt betrayed. No longer was he another brother for her. Now he was just another vile creature in The Answer. She left the building on fire and spared no though to the Ice Elemental.
Fishbait was hanging around the shore of the Sunken ship when the two of them met. Their insistence that they follow Aro to ensure she did not take the treasure they believed was rightfully their's - Despite the fact Aro had no interest in treasure, only in the mystery of the ship. Jura was a silent companion and Aro had very little to say to them, most because of the close proximity to water and how she was focusing on not falling in.
Finally, a Kamishiba after her own heart. A fellow treasure seeker, Aro has mixed thoughts on the aquatic Kamishiba. On one hand they are so alike in desire and equally as quiet and driven. But on the other hand, not only do they spend their days in the ocean - One of the last places Aro ever wishes to go - but they are also competition, someone Aro needs to outsmart in order to get what she wants. In the end, there was no one she would rather have had by her side during this time but Aro will not be calling on Jura any time soon for another adventure.
At first, he only saw her as a distraction- or rather something different from his normal life. She seemed to be a fun challenge to try and manipulate. As he got to know her more... he started to feel something else? A similar feeling that he felt with Thadeusz a long time ago. Angry at himself for once again treating something below him as a friend he took it out on her. Not physically of course but rather pressuring her and pushing her to follow his whims....
(I suppose eventually Heather will swap and they may fight? Leaving Shar to leave her and go back home or something)
Aro is uncertain what to make of the mercenary. She is as quiet and driven as Aro herself but able to see the bigger picture and the possibility of a bigger reward. But this foresight got in the way of Aro's own desires when Juraki pulled Aro away from the bag which she wished to take for herself.
Aro met the dragonic mercenary during their joint treasure hunt and mystery investigation. The two didn't see eye to eye all the time; Aro's loud personality grated on Juraki's nerves while the mercenary's lack of reaction left Aro with little to work with. But the two put that all to the side and worked as a formidable team during the Summer event to solve the mystery of the Sunken ship and returned the stolen item to its rightful owner
