She got her start with her own practices under Raziel. She finds him to be a little eccentric but he was a very good teacher and still supports her business.
He mentored Osiria in the basics of alchemy, though she took his lessons in a very different direction than he expected. He was disappointed to see his tutelage condensed into... aromatherapy... but he can't deny she knows how to make a range of effective oils and scents and continues to support and respect his student.
Fellow representatives of the state, prosecuting attorneys. He respects Raziel as a fellow intellectual and pursuer of facts, though notes the master is less rigid than himself in thinking. He doesn't necessarily buy into all the alchemy and occult business, but he finds it fascinating enough and Raziel seems a good character to achieve a better understanding through.
They're coworkers, fellow servants of justice, but outside of the a professional capacity, Raziel and Vaughan often enjoy engaging in research with one another. He can tell Vaughan doesn't necessarily buy into every aspect of the hobby, but he can appreciate the thirst for understanding.
Feels a little intimidated around him, since she hardly ever encounters him without Vaughan present. Something about those two sassing it up just rends her unable to summon words.
She seems very quiet, which is quite interesting to him since he knows Vaughan would say otherwise. He can tell Grim has feelings for Vaughan and has tried to help play wingman, but there just doesn't seem to be any melting the ice that has claimed Vaughan's heart.

With someone like Tersei around, Qetsiyah finds it incredibly obnoxious how many people would refer to them as a "reincarnation of the goddess of death" or whatever. The woman is literally named after the constellation of the goddess. Qetah doesn't really know Tersei too well, but they are admittedly fascinated and even borderline amused by the pakkeli's appearance.
Tersei keeps her distance out of respect, she can feel the Pavesi's eyes when they're on her though, always a tense moment...
