Everything in the character warnings gets talked about a lot/in detail here, just a heads-up. (Also the interactions with Adria and their therapist are taken from past experiences/past interactions with my therapists)
Therapy was something Adria originally only agreed to do to humor their childhood friends, which is why they weren't expecting to find themselves willingly going and talking about all the things they have kept inside their entire life

Becca had thought about what Rook's type could be in the past, but not since they started dating. That is, until she gets a message that makes her re-think about it.
(Gonna think of a better title and summary soon). Vaness had only said that comment about Rook to get Becca to see he would be the better boyfriend. It was obvious she didn't take it well but how bad would that comment affect her?
Vaness is vaness, he also people-watches like Rook does but by people I mean he only watches Becca (can be seen as stalking depending on how you interpret it)
