"He's insane and obsessed with fighting. Aren't Dragons supposed to be the benevolent leaders of this world?"
"I wasn't sure about it at first, but a mortal with the powers of a Dragon could be interesting. Fun, even! I'm eager to see what you can do, Paula Ursen."
Phew... AHEM, she's pretty cool. Stupid strong, too. Kinda reminds me of Ellie, but if she was older and wiser and stuff. Heyyy, Nubia could prolly teach her a thing or two...
"This 'Dark Anima' is like nothing I've ever seen before. It seems it's even unique in her world. A word of advice -- fear can easily be turned into respect with the right use of one's strength."
Nubia has this aura of power on her at all times. And not in the bad way, just... it feels like she always knows what she wants, I think. Eleya would love to get to know her. Maybe over some chess...?
"How strange... He's a lot like Kago in some ways, but his creator allowed him to have a sense of self and make his own choices. It looks like it worked out well. I wonder why Kago didn't get that same freedom?"
An insanely powerful dragon with multiple personalities and the power to manipulate metal /and/ dragon magic depending on the one in control. I am oddly reminded of unique anima users, like Heidi.
Is... Is it wrong to say that I'm excited at the thought of fighting them? Since I can conduct and use Transfer on my Phenomena, then maybe...
C: "Another one sent by his world's creator... But he's no Dragon."
B: "That's a neat sword he's got there. I wonder if he's any good as me with it."
I: "He's not like Kago... but I still wonder if he fights for the right side."
"She reminds me of Jinsoku, but toned down -- and I mean that in a good way. I just wonder what the deal with her trabea- er, 'anima' is."
Bird's fast, what can I say. Faster than me and Lu I think, but he needs some more oomph to his stuff. Maybe he could teach him how to hold a sword...? Where would that even go, his beak? *snort* ohohokay, that DEFINITELY ain't workin'.
"Normally I would destroy any sign of Scalefallen, but I have been informed he is different. I suppose there will be no issue if he does not fight alongside the rest of them. That half may even prove to be uniquely useful."
"I hope to never get on his bad side, the strength of a dragon is legendary, and if not for my reputation, I would have died that day... Still... he made me remember that I wondered what will become of me when they complete their quest.."
"I'm thankful he's been able help people through all this, but when I look at him I can only think about how many people this stupid Dragon feud is hurting. I have to make them pay for this... I have to."
"Little Bear...I hope you understand the opportunity you have been given, I'm glad to have helped you with your training, and remember, we wouldn't be here without the people who have supported us."
"He beat his own Scalefallen, won, and survived being half Scalefallen?! He's gotta be crazy strong! I'm glad he's helping protect people! We'll need all the help we can get!"
"Jinsoku's a pleasure to be around, every so often the younglings ask me, 'Orun! Orun! when can we see Miss Jinsoku again?' and I have to say 'she's busy'...maybe I could plan a trip to the Crater kingdom..."
"I didn't think something like that could happen to a person... I know he's really strong, but I still hope he'll be alright like that."
"I had heard of the ire that you and your family receives when I had arrived in the Swamp Kingdom...but that look in your eyes... I can't help but shake the feeling that they're not getting the whole picture...are they?"
"Half Scalefallen, eh? Freaky. Guess they really wanted to keep this old bear around to pull off something like that. Here's hoping he doesn't get hungry for anything other than ramen any time soon."
"His 'Mothman' is no joke, he may be as carefree as can be, but it is a real powerhouse I would love to see if he could talk to the youngins here, show them someone their age who understands them...*sigh* the tragedy of aging...."
"To call this an interesting development would be an understatement. It's impressive enough that he survived facing his own Scalefallen, but to live as half as one? Orun is truly something special. That being said, let's try not to let something like The Devil's Sun happen again, hm?"
"I hope to repay her kindness someday, perhaps when I return, I could invite her to one of the ramen shops here..."
"Half Scalefallen? I didn't even know that was possible... He seems to be helpful for now, but he'll go down faster than he can blink if he becomes a problem."
"I had heard rumors of the Disciple of the Supercell Kingdom was the fastest thing alive, they weren't kidding, he's as fast as they say...though, his personality leaves a lot to be desired, I hope his his skills can constantly keep up with his ego..."
"You're definitely one of the strongest fighters I've met in your world. I can't say whether you're able to withstand my full power, but your enthusiasm reminds me of another ally of mine."
C: "Dull claws and a dull blade wielded by an even duller mind... One that I cannot wait to see removed from your shoulders."
B: "If Paula's a half-Dragon, then you must be something like a quarter-Dragon... If even that."
I: "You speak so highly to those that are well above you. We'll ensure you learn your place soon enough."
"There's three Dragons in that one body? And whoever's in control switches on a dime... Gah, I can't let them get to me. I'll just have to figure something out."
C: "That Dragon Magic does not belong to you. You had better hope it doesn't make you immortal."
B: "How does a mortal even end up with that...? Someone made a huge mistake."
I: "A mistake that she'll have to pay for."
"The 3 of them fight together exceptionally well, I've never fought against anything as strong as their metal, and they wield it as efficiently as any other Dragon. I can see why they are considered the strongest of the False Dragons, but I will still have to overcome them."
C: "His ice is strong, but I won't let it stop us." B: "There's something off about him. It's like he's hardly even a person." I: "I'm not surprised, given who he's fighting for."
"She acts like we're best friends just cause we've fought each other for a long time. Maybe I wouldn't mind so much if she had any damn semblance of personal space! Doesn't help that she treats hugs like competitions. And would it kill her to not yell when I'm right next to her? Though I guess outrunning her sound waves is good practice."
"Me and Narith go wayyy back! We've scrapped so many times, I forget which of us is winning at this point. He's super fast, sure, but the fight's pretty much over if I can get a good grip on him! I keep telling him he should eat more, but he always disappears when I order him some fine oni cuisine."
"Y'know, I don't really get why so many people don't like her. She's really sweet when you get to know her! ...At least, I think she is. She doesn't talk that much when I'm around. But I'm pretty sure it's not cause she hates me or anything!"
"J-Jinsoku?! U-Um... She's... She's... really kind and, uh... strong, and... she's... nice to me... so, uh... I'm... glad we're friends..."
"His airship is really impressive, and he's nicer than he seems... I just wish Mothman wasn't so unnerving... I can't tell whether he's in control of it or not."
"Honestly, she's really not as bad as I thought she'd be. It's kind of fun to mess with her, but mostly she's just kind of sad. Kinda reluctant to talk about her family, though... Wonder what that's all about."
"She's the strongest disciple. ...What else am I supposed to say? I don't really know her beyond that, and I think she knows I'm not gonna start some rigorous training program. At the most I might skim a tome before I sleep."
"His Mothman may seem indestructible, but with his defeatist attitude and flimsy body, Luka is his own weak point... Though I think he's well aware. Of all the disciples, I think I'd have the least amount of luck trying to train him. Even I doubt I could get through to someone so thoroughly unmotivated."
"I can't believe how strong she is... Learning two types of Trabea never even occurred to me, and she's mastered both? I'm not sure how we'll keep up. She says all it takes is hard work, but... Is that kind of strength even possible for me...?"
"Ah, I see now. That look isn't cruel, it's somber. I feel foolish for not seeing it earlier. It seems not everyone is able to withstand the vitriol that can come from fame, but I don't think it's too late for her to change people's minds. She's stronger than she thinks, but she still lacks the resolve to act for herself."
"So strong...! She's incredible! Watching her fight is really something else. She seems interested in showing me a thing or two, but I don't wanna just do what she does! There's gotta be a way to get that strong but still have that Jinsoku spark..."
"That endless positivity makes for good company. She's got lots of power and even greater potential, but she holds herself back for the sake of 'flashiness.' Even then, there's a lot she could do to get stronger and still be exciting. I guess I'll just have to inspire her somehow."
